They have done a very good job for us and I definitely am going to continue using them. They do our winter and spring system maintenance. We have a big property so we have a lot of zones. I thought their price was fair. They are very good with follow up and the customer service woman I speak with is helpful.

I have used them for many years and they continue to be reliable and professional.

I moved into a house back in July and redid a significant amount of the landscaping. I removed trees, bushes, plants, etc. and replaced it with grass. The existing sprinkler system was old, parts where in disrepair and the prior homeowner did some of his own handyman specials which needed to be replaced. I met with two vendors. Rain Flow's rep was very professional. He asked the right questions, ran the system, observed the new landscaping, made recommendations, etc. He also gave me pointers as we walked around. I felt very confident that he could do the work. He told me that based on what he had seen, it would be labor and materials somewhere in the range of $350 to $500 at the very worst. The arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and when they left the property looked great. No ripped up lawn, etc. They must have done more then discussed and possibly found other items in need of attention as the bill came in at $700. I was pleased that the system was fully functioning as I had desired, but I would have appreciated a call before they did any extra work. I probably would have approved it anyway, but it left me a little annoyed. Despite that, I will use them again, but I will instruct them to contact me before going out of scope.
