"Hello. I'm sorry you felt that we caused you stress during your hard time. However, I think you are being a little bit unfair with your review. First and foremost, the deal you bought was for four hours and two workers, which is not enough time to do a third coat of paint. We stayed an extra half hour (which you paid and agreed to) in order to finish painting, and we offered to stay longer to do the third coat (for an hourly rate), but you said your husband would do the last coat. Yes, there was a bathroom and a hallway, but there was a stairwell too which had a high ceiling. There were several steps that had to be carefully painted around. Also, the bathroom had never been painted before, so we had to do a coat of primer and then one coat of paint. Regarding the hallway there were quite a few doors/windows that also had to be carefully painted around, which takes time to do. Not to mention that the hallway was already painted a very dark brown and the new paint you chose was a very light color that needed three coats but we only had time to do two. I'm sorry you were unsatisfied, but we worked hard and did a lot with the time we had."

"Hello. You called on a Wednesday night, and then on Friday afternoon you texted me asking if I was still preparing the estimate. I told you I was working and busy and that I would send you the estimate no later than tomorrow. You weren't very nice with your response and said that if I take that long with estimates you can't imagine how long I would take to do the job.. I wish you would have read all the compliments we have gotten from our customers to see that we actually do very nice jobs. I dont think that taking two days for an estimate is a long time. "Good morning [Member Name Removed], thank you for the review. Yes, we agree that the two ceilings were poorly done due to lack of time. Those ceilings had black spots, and one of them was a different color and glossier than the flat paint we were provides with, so it was very hard to cover the existing paint with a poor quality paint. Those ceilings needed 2 to 3 coats, which is impossible for us to do in 7 hours. The room that was almost complete was very hard to finish with all the furniture in the room. We had to crawl behind one big heavy furniture in order to do a large wall and base. We always want our customer to be happy with our work, and we are sorry that we couldn't accomplish that this time due to the fact that a 7-hour deal is not enough to complete all the jobs you needed to get done."
