Showed up late. Didn't even get on the roof to check the problem. He never got back.

They were very quick, very efficient, and very good. They do it in one day.
I would recommend them.

They were punctual, clean and thorough. I had gotten other estimates, and their price was very reasonable.

I feel their pricing is fair; however, I was just not impressed with this company. I would not use this company again in the future.

I interviewed 3 companies, Rand G had the best presentation, seemed knowledgeable about roofs, gutters etc. During the 1st visit they inspected the roof, chimney, skylights and attic for damage. Had to wait approximately 6 weeks for skylights to be ordered. The crew was on time both days, took before pictures showing damage, however I did not receive after pictures. When the job was completed everything was cleaned and the roof looks good. Several small issues, 1.) I can see the tip of a nail in the ceiling (they came back to look and it and assured it would not cause any problems. 2.) When the skylights were removed and the new ones placed, it left approximately 1 inch opening/exposure to the attic around the entire window. When I called back they said it would cost another $500 to $800 to repair. 3.) During recent rain noticed water pouring off the roof not from the gutter. Will have to have it checked as well. Overall good looking roof, but have several problems to correct.

They were excellent. they took my gutter shields off and didn't replace they but other than that they were very professional, clean, quick , reliable,. they pointed out certain repairs that were needed I didn't feel that they were over interested in things. the house is 100 years old so I appreciated that. the roof looks great and hes a really great guy they were just great.

Initially it took a while to nail down a date for the installation but once they committed to it they were prompt and efficient. Marcus was very good with explaining the process. The installation went without a hitch - they did not surprise me with sudden problems that needed fixing. Their crew was very professional, and answered all my questions when asked. They cleaned up fairly well although I do find bits of roof here and there every so often but I suppose since it was fall they were hidden under fallen leaves.

I received an estimate to install new leaders and gutters written on the back of a business card. When I called to set up a date to do the work I got an answering machine to which I left a message. I called several more times with the same result and I subsequently hired another company.

They were excellent. They were prompt, on time, and very quiet. They cleaned up after themselves.

We had some gutter problems, but we called them out. The issue got fixed. They are very reliable. They answer the phone. They come when you need them. They did a very good job. The work was well-coordinated. They were professional.

They did a good job and so far it has not had any issues through the hurricane. There were some issues with setting up the appointment and showed up late. So there were issues with punctuality and setting the appointment up. They were very quick though.

I like him. He did a lot of work and it cost me around $550. He does good work. He is very nice. He is our neighbor, so we know him. He is very efficient, very pleasant and very fair. The quality of his work is very good. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

Overall, they did a great job and our old house looks completely updated. Lorenzo and his team were very professional, always on time and very flexible with their scheduling. While we were working out the original details of the project, he was very accommodating and came to our house several times due to my husband's and my crazy work schedules. He listened to what we wanted and really delivered. The quality of their work was high and was completed in a very reasonable time frame for a fair price. We found a few places where the trim needed to be touched up after they were finished, and the team came over right away to take care of it. The only thing we were disappointed with was the clean up; we found a lot of large nails and pieces of scrap metal in our yard afterwards (near our 5 yr old's swing set). We let them know and they apologized and came right over with the big magnet and did a sweep of our yard. But overall I do recommend them and would hire them in the future for additional projects.

It went ok.

We ended up going with another company to get the job done. I didn't use R and G because of the price. Everything came down to price, but they were fine. They showed up and everything was fine with them. They suggested something to be done that I was told by the other folks that didn't need to be done. So, I opted out. Overall, their price wasn't terrible. They were going to charge a little more for some additional stuff that was going to be included by the other company that actually did the work for me. That other company basically did the same stuff for less money. I believe R and G had a good warranty. They quoted me about $4200. Their presentation was cool, but I just decided not to go with them.

They did very speedy work and did very good work. Their price was also more than fair and we have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

They did a pretty good job although we still have the leak. I don't think it was their fault. They haven't found the source of it yet. They did replace the trim piece and it looked like the job was fine. They are not quite sure where the leak is coming from. So the main problem was not fixed but the other two problems were handled. The gutter was off the side of the house and the trim piece was replaced, so that was fine. I would use their services again in the future.

They quoted me a great price. I had 3 estimates done by various companies, and they were the best price. They did a fantastic job. However, their communication was not the best. Also, they did only a pretty good job with cleanup—I did find a few nails and pieces of shingles after they left.
