We have used them twice and they do a great work, but the people should be aware that they can't stand top of the things.  They don't have great attention to detail, so one can really have to supervise quite a bit.  There was somewhat of a language barrier; but their work was fantastic.  Once it was all done, it looks great.  There were some struggles along the way.  The price was a little over the budget.  We didn't expect the price to go over our budget; but they did make a man to kind of make up for that a little bit.  He mulched some area and planted some flowers.  Compared to the other contractors in the area, they are competitive.
