Paul had come in to put the same shower door back up, after the previous provider put it on backwards. Paul also took down 2 rows of tile because the wall was not level. The tiles were away from the wall, so he told us he needed to take down the whole wall and put sheetrock back up again so that the wall was level. He did a good job with the sheetrock. Regarding the retiling, he started 2 rows of tile, but when I came in I noticed that the bullnose tiles don't line up with anything from the bottom to the top. But the row before that lines up until the last 4 and a quarter tiles up near the top, which were not cut by hand (he did not do the cutting). Some of the grout is not thick enough to cover the space between the tiles, and some of the grout is uneven. Some of the bullnose tiles stick out more than than the ones before it, and you can feel it. He tried to blame me in not wanting to go get new tiles, and he told me with the cut tiles I already had he would put them up at the top and I wouldn't be able to see them which is not the case. The last row though doesn't match up at all starting from the bottom is worse than the cut tiles at the top. Not one bullnose matches up to the line. He painted on the bullnose at the very top of the shower, and some of the blue paint is on the bullnose at the top. It's a very sloppy paint job, and did a horrible paint job near the toilet, as well as a splotch on the wall in the other part of the bathroom.
