Description of Work: We had CSI here in April of 2013 to repair a crack in a large concrete pad we had had installed under our deck. (The contractor who installed it never returned our calls once the crack appeared.) They did a great job at that time, the job was quickly done, explanations were provided, and they gave us a 2 year warranty on their work. We were very happy. Unfortunately, the crack re-opened (and we also had another crack appear in a separate area - not something the previous contractor or CSI had worked on so we had more business to give them) and so we contacted them to request warranty service as well as to provide the additional business. The same sales person came out on June 3rd, said they would honor the warranty and fix the new crack, and that someone would be in touch. I understood that their primary service area was New Jersey and that they try to group their Pennsylvania (specifically Chester County) appointments so it might be a while until I heard from them. It is now August 18th, and I have heard nothing. I myself have clients in their area in New Jersey (about an hour from me) and none of them would allow me to tell them they would have to wait for me to group appointments so that I could visit them, even if the appointment was only 30 minutes, so that is why I have given lower marks for punctuality and responsiveness. I don't think I will ever hear from them again and will have to pursue other options to repair both cracks. It's a shame because I think their work is quite good and their product is a nice alternative to having an entire concrete section dug up and re-poured.

Description of Work: Repair missing curb, removed concrete pad to take out tree roots and replace pad, and repair any cracks along the sidewalk
