Member Comments: Traci, one of the owners, responded to my calls in a timely manner, conducted a preliminary visit to see what the job involved, scheduled a date/time along with an estimate. Upon request, the company freely provided copies of their bond and insurance coverage, along with three references who gave them outstanding reviews. On the scheduled day of service, Traci showed up with an employee and went to work. I was amazed at their professionalism, performance, productivity and being very detailed in every aspect of their work. The transformation of my home in 4?5 hours was fantastic! Since then, I have hired the company to clean monthly.

This was the first time I'd ever used a cleaning services. The employees were promt, friendly and effiecient. They did an outstanding job! I wish I'd done this long ago.

The experience has been absolutely outstanding. Clean and Green is responsive, professional, considerate, and reliable. They offer a very fair price for such a thorough job and always impress us by going above and beyond the basics to make sure we come home to a spotless house. As an added bonus, they use "green" cleaning supplies. This is a huge plus for us because it keeps our house from smelling like chemicals after a cleaning. Clean and Green Cleaning Service is the shining star of a difficult out of state relocation! We moved into a house that had been neglected by the previous tenant; unfortunately our landlord put his trust in another cleaning service that did little more than sweep and do a little "surface cleaning." When we moved in and pointed out what a poor job his contractor did (to which he was horrified), he told us to hire another service and deduct it from our next month's rent. I needed someone who would be willing to do a super-duper DEEP cleaning not unlike what one would expect in a "pre-move in" cleaning... not an easy thing since we had already moved in. What needed to be done was far more than I am capable do on my own. Thank GOD for Clean and Green! Traci and Jeanine came to the house to assess and provide me with an estimate. As I walked them through the house, the areas I addressed were in such a pitiful state that I worried they would not want to take on the job. The appliances were so disgusting that I didn't even open them. The floors underneath the appliances had never been swept let alone mopped. The doors were dusty and sticky, the windows (sills included) were grimy, and the floors... well, there are no words for the condition of the floors. When they accepted the job, I wanted to cry and hug them. Finally, someone to help me with this place! The day of the cleaning appointment everyone (there were four) arrived promptly with smiling faces. They were a polished crew (no pun intended), VERY friendly, and they got started right away while my husband and I sat in the living room (in case they needed anyone to move appliances or furniture). We didn't want to get in their hair, so we left them alone but you could hear that they seemed to enjoy each other?s company and what they were tasked to do. Once they were through and I walked through the house, I (AGAIN!) wanted to cry and give them HUGE hugs! What a DIFFERENCE! Absolutely EVERYTHING sparkled!!! Windows, floors, cabinets, counters, appliances... GORGEOUS!!! I finally feel like I can live here! They even folded the end of the toilet paper into a point? I felt like Queen for a day! Clean and Green SAVED ME!!! I don't think they'll ever know the difference that they made in my life. The relocation (and reduction of square footage!) was hard enough, but trying to tackle the worst parts of the house each day (in addition to the regular, daily chores that need to be done just to keep afloat) was a crippling nightmare. Nothing ever seemed to improve. Ever. Clean and Green Cleaning Service didn't just give me a livable home. They improved my husband's and my quality of life. I hope they know that they provided that service, too... :) I will DEFINITELY hire them for regular cleaning. And a few times a year for deep cleaning is totally worth it. This is the first week and they did a wonderful job. The house sparkles. They even added special touches like fancy folds in the towels. There were a number of areas of the house that I have been meaning to get to as a special project that they managed to get to this first week. I wish I had hired them years ago. And they like my dog who tries to make people think she's vicious.

Clean and Green did a great job! They were helpful from the first phone call, did way more than we expected, and were reasonably priced. This was the first time I've used a professional house cleaner and it was very impressive what they were able to do. I plan to have them come twice a year.

I was especially pleased that the team made comments on areas that needed additional attention on their part in the future (due to significant previous neglect on my part, not theirs). They were very attentive to detail and I could not be more pleased. I look forward to posting future comments on this service as they are now coming every 2 weeks to clean.

This is the second time ever I treated myself to a professional housecleaning before a dinner party. The team from Clean and Green stopped by earlier to see what they would be dealing with, and to give me an estimate. They called the day before to give me an arrival time. Their punctual arrival on cleaning day was followed by a very thorough and professional job. They called a few hours after they had left to be sure I was happy. They are a delight to talk to and work with. Everyone at my party could not believe the house was so clean! I was very proud to entertain in my home. I will recommend Clean and Green to anyone, and look forward to being a regular customer.
