We met with many of the areaâ s leading pool renovators and the Schneiders and Tri-State were the most professional. They did our remodeling job quickly and without any surprises. Inept - Rude - Unresponsive - not to be trusted We hired Tri State to resurface our pool (basic white plaster) and replace a few tiles. Both of these should be straightforward, simple tasks. The tiles they used to replace the few that had cracked/fallen during the winter are a completely different color. This is absurd and lazy. We would have found matching tiles ourselves if they had said they could no but they said they could and then we come home to find they used apparently whatever they had lying around and it does not match and looks ridiculous.The more significant failure is the resurfacing. There are stains all along the walls in the pool. These were there from day one, even before filling the pool after they completed their work (we have photos). They told us it would resolve after the pool was filled and if we did proper brushing twice a day for at least two weeks (standard post-resurfacing task). It has been far longer than that, and the stains remain and are very unsightly.The purpose of resurfacing was to cover old stains and refresh the whole pool. Now we have paid thousands of dollars and we have the same exact problem that the job was supposed to fix. That is a total failure.Not only that, but we now have learned that several other clients of this company who had the same resurfacing done have the same exact problem. We do not know if they used some kind of second-rate, incorrect plaster or if they just applied it improperly, but whatever it is, it is unacceptable.To top it all off, the people of this company (a family affair) do not care at all. They simply are not responding to requests to fix the issue, or even to discuss what can be done. They appear to have decided to ghost us. And what recourse do we have? Well, to start, we have public reviews such as this. At the very least we can warn others not to trust this company to do work to even a bare-minimum level of quality.So, in the end, I strongly urge anyone who is looking for pool services to look elsewhere.

They redid our coping, tile and plaster. Quoted it quickly and at a great price. Showed up , got it done quickly, quality was top notch. Nice people as well. Highly recommended.
