Today Morris & Bergen Irrigation has a staff that reaches over 40 people! The management is solely headed by the Carbone brothers, John, Demetro and Joe. The Carbone brothers supervise, oversee and coordinate our account base that numbers over 7,500. Morris & Bergen Irrigation maintains a full-time qualified mechanic to service the company fleet and numerous pieces of power equipment. The installation of an automatic underground irrigation system will help to keep your lawn green throughout the season. I called for an appointment. They came when they said they would. They were nice, did what they were supposed to do (blow out system) in less than 30 minutes, and charged me the correct amount. You can't ask for anything more than that.

The people who service are always great. I had a couple experiences with a rude office personnel last year but the last two times have been good. I wouldn't sign up for the agreement plan because they don't seem to be giving out priority scheduling to you just because you have an agreement. We had an agreement plan in 2011 and everytime I had to initiate the call to and when I asked for a Saturday appointment it would be all booked up for OTHER people with agreement plans. Seems okay to just call and book an appointment for when you need. Again, the service people who come out are wonderful and professional.

"Thank you for your review, . Priority scheduling is completed in March and the first week of April to ensure that your desired time frame is allocated. Reminder emails are sent at least twice; once prior to season and again at the beginning of the season. We're not sure what went awry and we do sincerely apologize for that. We would love to have you join in our pre-paid program again so that you can enjoy the benefit of discounts on service and parts, if necessary."

They come on time and they are very knowledgeable. They tell me what the problems are and they give recommednations on what I might need in the future in terms of keeping the system running. The workers who came out are excellent and very good. I would absolutely recommend them to others. In terms of price, I am able to get parts on the internet a lot cheaper but they charge more. I have been using them for seven to eight years now and would use their services again in the future.

They were recommended by my landscaper, and I had gotten other quotes last year. They were most reasonable amongst the 3-4 estimates I had. They were explanatory. I had the patio put in after I had the irrigation put in, so they had to come out a second time at the beginning of this year and realign the water heads. There was never a problem. I have recommended them to my friends. They were going to do more than what the others were going to do at a lesser price. They came in when I called them up with a question after I had got all the quotes. I wanted to go over it a second time. They had no problem with coming back out and explaining it to me again.
