My oven started taking forever to cook the food. Tech diagnosed the problem as the igniter and replaced the faulty part. Oven is back to normal. I then asked the tech to diagnose a problem with the dishwasher and refrigerator/ice maker. He opened a second ticket for half the price of the initial service call and got both appliances working properly. I am very satisfied.

Sam from Handler Appliance is a miracle worker. With much competence and persistence he fixed our 27 year-old Miele dishwasher. He was completely professional and always on time. The office at Handler was totally responsive. Best appliance "fixers" ever. Thank you VERY much.

First of all, they were able to accommodate the timely request and showed up on the same day! Moses and his assistant were professional, polite, wore booties, identified the issue, and explained everything. These days, you just can't ask for better. In January 2020 they repaired out clothes washer. In February 2021 they repaired our dishwasher. In both cases they were on time, very professional and courteous, and did outstanding work fixing the problems. We would always higher them again and highly recommend them.

Our refrigerator was making ghastly noises then the fridge part stopped cooling. Moses arrived on time and prepared with the proper part in his truck. The repair was quick and our old Amana is working quietly and cold again. I'm very happy. Scheduling as easy with a lot of care for the customer.

The service appointment went very well. They came promptly and were able to fix the dryer quickly by replacing a switch. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would hire them again for any large appliance problem.

The repairman repaired the motherboard of the refrigerator , and he was very considerate, and saved me the cost of replacing the motherboard .

Issac and his son just left my house after fixing my Samsung refrigerator. I had an appointment for tomorrow but they were able to squeeze me in today. They were both very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. Bottom line my fridge is fixed at a reasonable price and I couldn't be happier. Angie’s List provided me with the phone number of Isaac Handler (HandlerAppliance) concerning my query regarding washing machine repair. ON OUR FIRST AND ONLY PHONE CALL, Isaac instructed me on how to fix what turned out to be a simple problem regarding the dial that controls the hot/cold water temperature. I offered to mail him some payment but he refused. He simply asked for positive feedback on AL. If I ever need appliance repair in the future, he’s the guy!
