We had a very large project done: a 2nd floor addition to our raised ranch residence that doubled the size of our home. Built-Well Builders was very accommodating and worked with our budget. Contractor Grant is very personable, relatable, and friendly to talk to while working out all the details. Key is keeping communication throughout for extended long projects such as this addition my family had. Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. Pivoting where needed while keeping us updated. Overall, we are happy with the work. We now have a beautiful new home when we needed it most!

85 Old house with a bathroom renovation in 1980s by previous owners. A few surprises when gutted. Grant communicated quickly and worked to remedy issues to ensure new bathroom was magazine worthy. The best! Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant were a pleasure to work with over the course of several months last year. I have dealt with many contractors, both personally and professionally, and I can tell you that they should be your first call on any project. The work was done on time and on budget. We added some things to the project, but in no way did they push us to add a single additional item. In fact, we added a complete rebuild of the deck after the project had begun and there was no premium on the additional cost as compared to other contractors who know they have a captive audience. They were present at the property nearly every single day of the project, including Saturdays, as opposed to other contractors who simply give the work to subcontractors and check in once or twice a week, at best. In other words, they know what is going on at all times and are able to give guidance and direction to the subs, and us, on site. They are also more than willing to listen and make any adjustments without crushing you with additional costs! And, they actually work and work hard (especially through the brutal, brutal summer heat last year when we lost our air conditioning for a couple of weeks). I have known Keith and the crew for many years and there is nobody else I would trust to complete such an extensive project which included: completely new roof, all new siding, replacement of every single window in the house (which Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant) did personally, new addition (which included replacement of primary first floor structural beam), new primary bath and primary closets, new flooring, whole house painting including ceilings and more. Lastly, they don’t bite off more than they can chew which sets them so far apart from every contractor we have ever dealt with. Personal touch, presence, attentiveness and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

We hired Grant and the Built-Well team to renovate our kitchen, and they were fantastic to work with. I appreciated how communicative and approachable Grant was from beginning to end, especially about timelines. I was impressed with everyone on his team also — the designer, demo crew, plumbers, electricians, flooring guys, carpenters, and painters — they were all meticulous, tidy, and incredibly experienced in their areas. We love our new kitchen and are so happy that we went with the Built-Well team.

Built Well did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom. Grant was a pleasure to work with, always so responsive to all the questions we had. I never felt rushed off the phone or kept out of the loop. He told us exactly what we needed and when we would need them. He told us where to buy the items. He stuck to the schedule we had agreed on and delivered the services in a timely manner and the quality of work was great. When we had issues, they addressed them quickly and efficiently. It can be a lot for a homeowner who doesn’t have much experience renovating, but he guided us along with patience. I would highly recommend Well Built to anyone who needs work done on their house.

Had a great experience with Built well on my complete gut renovation of a very old bathroom. Grant laid out everything very clearly, with great communication throughout the entire process. I had a tight timeline for finishing due to having guests coming to visit and he made sure everything was done by my timeline and to my liking. Reasonable pricing, trustworthy, highly communicative, and kept to schedule - would definitely hire them again!

We hired Built-Well to install new doors in our house. This involved work in nearly every room in the house, but Grant and his team moved quickly, working around our schedule, and kept everything spotless as they worked. Hired Built-Well to renovate our downstairs powder room, install mouldings in our dining room, and add onto our existing deck. They were extremely professional and worked with us with some of the changes to our plans that we threw their way. Everything is beautiful and they were a pleasure to work with.

I am a repeat customer of Built-Well Builders they are reliable and always do an excellent job at a fair price. Most recently I used them to install a new front door and a door to my garage. They installed locks and a new door bell. In addition they did a refresh of my powder room which turned out beautifully. They installed board and batten , fixtures and painted. Previously they renovated two full bathrooms for me which I was extremely happy with as well. They care about their customers and I would highly recommend them . You won’t be disappointed

Built Well did a complete kitchen, family room and powder room renovation. They also installed windows and a new stair railing that looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. I highly recommend them.

It went great! They were so nice to work with and my house looks so much better. Also, my house is very quirky but Keith, his brother Paul, and his son Grant were able to manage because they are so experienced and knowledgeable. My brother and father are having work done by Built Well too. Honestly, when they finished work on my house, I really missed seeing them. I know who to call next time I need to have work done.

I hired Built-Well Builders to extend a balcony floor in my home - giving me additional living space. The extension looks like it’s always been part of my home as everything matches perfectly! Grant and Keith were fantastic to work with. This was our first remodel experience and I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them. We had some bumps in the road as most home improvements due but Keith and Grant were able to quickly guide us through them, keep costs down and delivered a beautiful end result. We are already thinking of our next project and would absolutely work with them again.

I recently just had my basement totally remodeled and renovated to make a playroom for my children. Keith and Grant's work is phenomenal! Everything came out exactly how it was supposed to and looks beautiful. Keith and Grant are extremely professional, respectful and go over everything with you to make sure you fully understand the process. The basement turned out so perfectly I hired Keith and Grant immediately after the basement project to gut out my master bath and 1/2 bath for a complete full renovation. I am so happy with the finished project and receive many compliments from all the guests who come to my house and see their finished work. I will only hire Keith and Grant for all future projects. Absolutely 5 stars!!!! Hire them for your project and you will be very happy with the work they do.
