Very quick and prompt in scheduling and delivering equipment and installation.  Beware of the sales staff.... They talked me into changing my level of cable service based upon a quote they had given.  No matter what they tell you over the phone, the cost they quote is absent any taxes and they may also fudge on the cost of some premium channels.  Upon receiving the first billing statement, I called to question the overall cost of the service. The tech representative I spoke with was very professional, apologized for the confusion and explained that the sales staff cannot quote the taxes as all jurisdictions levy different fees for service.  Can't complain about the services provided... phone, internet and TV are working well.  Just a caution to beware of a bit of deception on the cost of the services.  They need to train their sales staff to better represent the actual costs.
