Simply Clean Cleaning Service

From start to finish, Christina and her crew of experienced cleaners showed a culture of professionalism and customer service. I initially hired Christina's team for a deep cleaning of my house, and while I've had other companies in to clean, this team put in a lot of extra effort to get the house into good shape. We were presented a number of options for both a deep cleaning and ongoing cleanings to meet a range of different budgets. We originally didn't intend to hire them for a regular ongoing cleaning, but after seeing the excellent work that Christina's team did, it was clear that we are getting great value for the service provided. When I look at how I value my time, and my own admittedly poor cleaning skills, this is a net-win for me.
Now that they're cleaning my house on an ongoing basis, I know that after the team is done, my house is presentable for visitors and family. I work at home, which means often I am on the phone with clients in my home office. The team is very respectful of that, and never makes too much noise when it can be avoided. 

Great.  I'm hiring them again.  Made keeping up with the rest of my home more manageable.  Talked to Christine about things I'd like to change and she's working with me.  Very professional, prompt and reliable.

I could not ask for a better cleaning service. I have had MANY people that have cleaned my house and no one has ever done a more thorough job. Not only Does Christina (owner) and staff show up exactly when she says she will, she is kind and contacts me the day before to confirm our appointment.  Christina and her staff are very professional, trustworthy and detailed oriented.  I have Christina and staff clean my home once a week and I receive the same exact service each week.  I just love Simply Clean Cleaning Service.

We had her come out twice. The first time we were basically satisfied with their services, after which she called to encourage me to submit a report on her behalf on Angie's List. I found this off-putting, but had her come out a second time the following month. The second time, it didn't appear that our countertops had been cleaned in the kitchen, the sheets weren't changed or even started in the wash, and other details like wiping down the steel appliances and trash can, which get very dirty, were missed. Overall, I felt like they were inconsistent, and possibly tried to do a good job the first time to get a good referral on Angie's List.

The cleaners never showed up. We have guests coming this weekend and had planned our schedule around the cleaners being there on Wednesday. We called after no one showed up and Christine seemed surprised that no one had showed up. She told us that she would get back to us, but she never did. The cleaners never came. Very unprofessional. We cleaned the house ourselves late into the night because it was all the free time we had.

Chrissy is terrific. My house has never looked better. My last housekeeper seemed more interested in getting done quickly. Chrissy is very thorough. She wiped down my kitchen cabinets, cleaned the entire kitchen floor (not just the main area but behind the trash cans too), the counters were spotless in front of AND behind the toaster and so on. She worked around my mountains of newspapers and magazines. Somehow she made my mess look neat but I had no trouble finding things when she was done. My bathrooms look terrific. She takes the time to make everything sparkle.
