It went well. They did have to come back and fix it after the unit failed inspection with the township. They did come out and fix it at my convenience.

Evaluation went well. - Technican was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all questions regarding proposed work to be done.

Randy K. Joe H and Rich came out today to repair and replace a portion of my sewer line and water line. They were kind, courteous and professional. My entire process of dealing with Sanders was smooth and painless. About a week ago I called to set up an appointment and they sent Randy out later that morning. He walked me through everything he was seeing on the camera and even helped me locate a vent that I did not know existed. He showed me exactly where our sewer line was cracked and explained exactly how they could fix it without pressuring me to agree to the repairs. A week later Randy returned with Joe and Rich. They were such nice guys, they put down a drop cloth on my sidewalk because they didn’t want to track the mud onto it. I’m thrilled to have piece of mind knowing that I will not have to worry about sewer water flowing into my basement ever again. Highly recommend Sanders Home Services!

I only post reviews for exceptionally good or bad service. Happy to say this is an instance of exceptionally GOOD service. I just had Sanders complete an entire replacement of my Heating and A/C system. It was time as the A/C kept breaking every couple of weeks. From the initial phone call to Dave and then the initial visit from Jim, all the way through to the completion of work by a team of three, (John P, John M, Pete) the crew was professional, open to answer all of my questions, and very friendly. The work they performed was exceptional. They went above and beyond the work estimate while sticking to their original quote in order to get the job done right. They even reinstalled my (originally self-installed) whole house humidifier and Nest Thermostat (I had a new thermostat wire run for prior to the install), and they did it right! For the whole house humidifier which I originally put in, they took my flexible drain hose out and wrapped the heater in PVC pipes from the humidifier into a condensation pump. They also took the time to move and redo plumbing and gas lines as needed. The air intake HVAC in the basement was redone in such a way to try to have the upstairs pulling in air more evenly with the downstairs. This took thought and consideration. They even gave me a large vent magnet to cover my downstairs intake in increments to fine tune how much air gets pulled from the first vs second floor. Finally, they took care to complete the job with an attention to detail, using 45 degree transitions into the main HVAC from the heater instead of a straight 90 degree insertion which is what was there before. These guys are pros inside and out, and my experience with them was great. I will be recommending them to everyone who asks for this type of work.

We contract with Sanders every year for our annual maintenance of heating & ac. They are very accommodating to meet our schedule dates and time. Our technician is Fiore and we highly recommend him. He is professional and friendly. We've been customers for many years and will continue to be a customer in the future. Give them A's on everything. It took a day to complete the job and they did clean up after themselves. I went with this company because I researched them on the internet and my wife has used them historically. There were about three guys total who did the job.

Initially there was a cost but I forget what that was, but they they don't charge for the periodic check-up. It probably comes under the $10,000 deal I got with them. Give them A for everything. They did the job efficiently and quickly. The workers were very nice and cordial.

Excellent. The job was done quickly. The electrician was professional. He did great work. Kept everything very clean. I have to say I thought the price was a little high but given the quality of the work I really can't complain.

They were fine, I had a fine experience with them. They responded very quickly. They were on time. They were very professional.

I wouldn't use anyone else. I have an maintenance program with them, and they do checks all the time. Somebody wanted to charge me nineteen thousand. They wanted to take it out of the street. Sander's came and put in a camera to see.

They came out on Sunday to do my water heater, and they came out on Saturday to do my heater. They are very good.

They do everything. They installed my heater. They are top notch service. They are very good at what they do. They are very good to us. They are good. They are quick when they come over. They are very professional. They bend over backwards to help us. Yes, they do everything. They clean right up after themselves.

I was in a pickle. I was attempting to put in a toilet. I had a problem with a flange and had to drill into a concrete floor to do the work. i accidently hit a water line. I needed help in a hurry. It was an expensive job. They quoted $850 because they had to reach and repair the pipe burried in the concrete. They did the work in a few hours and I was very pleased with the quality. Since I was replacing tiling as well, the plan was for them to install the toilet a few days later. When I did the work myself they even refunded that portion of the money. They were easy to work with and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend them.

Review revised. Mr. Pete Sanders called and spoke to me about the issue we had with the emergency service call in March, and apologized for the less than stellar service provided. He seemed genuinely concerned we were unhappy. While the work is already done, that he did make an effort anyway to discuss the issue and fix it going forward not only for us, but other customers, goes far in improving our view of the kind of service and integrity one can expect. In light of his reaching out to us for clarification and to apologize, we're revising our review. We have an inspection contract as the previous homeowners used Sanders and were apparently happy with them. Granted, when the heater died and we called in the evening, someone came out. We paid over $200 a year for that contract, which we were told would get discounts off any work, etc. We paid $189 for a tech to come out (a whole $10 off the regular price) and an additional $89 for his diagnosis. It was the heat exchanger which had failed. The tech looked at the unit with my husband present and told him that it was an old furnace "maybe 15 yrs old" and needed replacing, along with a lot of odds and ends 'fixed' or replaced. He downplayed every brand of furnace/ac system except Daikin. He made NO suggestions about repair, merely replace it all, including with a thermostat with full bells and whistles, despite I have a perfectly working digital one now. His estimate, which he made out in the truck that evening, was for OVER $13,000!!! Financing would be at 12%. Needless to say, we got two other contractors to come look the next day. The first one looked at the manufacturing date RIGHT ON THE UNIT, and said "It's under ten years old. It's a Rheem, and they have ten year warranties. Might be able to just fix it for you and it'll run another five years or so. Want me to check into that?" Not being stupid or made of money, we said yes. He also worked up three estimates with options ranging from $6300 to about $10,500 for FULL replacement of furnace/ac units also having high efficiency ratings, plenty of power for our house, and ten year or better warranties. Later, we got in a third contractor who also was able to quote two options, with different manufacturers, for $8500 and $11000. No matter what, we could save at least $2000. The gentleman who suggested repair found the exchanger was indeed under warranty, and got one in then installed it for under $700. Heater works perfectly. Took them two hours to put it in and test it. Why the Sanders Home Services tech couldn't tell us he could fix it is beyond us. We are very unhappy about this experience, and won't trust Sanders again.

When I discovered, on a Saturday morning, that I had no hot water, I immediately went to Angie's List and started calling plumbers. When one of them suggested that my water heater might be repairable (I hadn't considered this possibility), I then called for an appointment by my gas/electric company, with which I have a contract for all of my major appliances; I was quoted $1,059 + $25 for permit. I was connected to a subcontractor (Guarini Plumbing), who advised that I would receive a call back in a few minutes to schedule an appointment for later that same day. . In the meantime, I continued calling from Angie's List and found Sanders. The Sanders rep said that my gas/electric company just referred me (Guarani Plumbing does not cover my area), that the charge would be $1,059 + $89 for permit and tech could not come until the following morning. I asked about AL discount of 10% up to $100 and was told that it did not apply due to gas/electric company referral. I said that I would call gas/electric company to cancel and make direct arrangements because I found company independently (through AL), not by way of gas/electric company referral. I was told that AL discount would still not be honored and, when I questioned further, I spoke to Rodney, who reiterated same. I was not happy to have to wait an additional day, but I would have done so if company honored AL discount. . For the record, a gas/electric company repair tech did come to my home (AMAZINGLY quickly!) and confirmed unit not repairable, definitely needed to be replaced.

While I did not directly hire this company (I did this through PSE&G so they contract the plumbers to do the work), I wanted to write a review as I was very happy with Sanders Home Services work. I called PSE&G Sunday 1/1 and was not expecting a call from the contracted plumber until Tuesday due to the holiday but to my surprise Sanders Home Services call me early on Monday and said they chould have someone come out that day and could be there in about 90 minutes, great news and very convenient since I was off for the holiday. Two guys arrived in exactly the time frame stated (Mike and Justin I believe). They quickly assessed what needed to be done, went over all of the costs (outside of PSE&G's quote-which were necessary upgrades to bring it up to code), gave me informations sheets to review, promptly started working, and cleaned up once they were done-all the while very polite and courteous. They seemed very knowledgeable and really seemed to double check each step along the way with what they were doing. I would definitely use them again if they worked in my area (outside of the work they do for PSE&G).

Mike M and his partner in training showed up promptly and same day. Within 15 minutes they went out to the van to generate a price. Now the price was a little steep, but their quality was excellent. They worked hard all day and even explained tons of information to me about electrical work. For an electrician, I have to say I'm highly impressed. I would absolutely hire again. I just wish the price was a little lower.

Turns out while my heater was hissing and throwing sparks when it tried to use it the breaker switch did not flip and turn it off. Wires got burned. Anyway long story short. We set a date for the electrician to come out. Mike and John came out the following week. The electric baseboard heater was replaced along with a new up to code breaker box. While Mike was working in my bathroom I asked if he could look at bathroom exhaust fan because there was a fire in my complex last year and the H.O.A. recommended we get them checked so I asked. Anyway Mike was kind enough to replace that also. I've been in my home since 2009 and haven’t really made any home improvements. I am slowly learning. The shock of it all was the price. I made some calls and price seemed to be correct. Another learning experience. Mike and John were very nice and explained everything they were doing and cleaned up all the mess when they were finished.
