CRD Restore

The experience was a good one and I feel that if I was going to get this work done instead of the buyer, I would definitely use CRD as Matthew made a great impression with his knowledge and friendliness. It was a stress-free experience and actually relieved any fears that we may have had.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I was dissatisfied and got my money back. I felt they did not clearly communicate what the deal was. Maybe they are good, but they just came out and gave me a bid or an estimate of work to be done so the $99 wasn't doing anything except for giving me an estimate. They told me I had a mold problem, but I had another company come out and tell me that I did not have a mold problem. I called them right away after I purchased the deal. Then they came out and looked at it. They said for $1,500 they would correct the problem for me. I did not think I had enough space they had to work on to justify their price. I had to call back for the guy.

They were extremely prompt, not only with the call back but also their arrival. He went over everything that they would do, gave me a quote and honored the Big Deal that I purchased. He also suggested checking with my homeowners’ policy since it would be an expensive project. All in all, CRD was good and if it had worked out differently with my insurance company, I would certainly be using them.

I've used the company previously and they had done a great job removing the mold from our home. Called them again and received the same top level service from the company. Explained the process to me and who I should call and what to do in each step of the way. It took one day longer than expected but the job completed was superb and beyond what is expected in a company.

The technician they sent was great. He was personable, professional, and cared that his work was as good. No complaints, only praise, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Had a pipe burst and they came out and completed the water extraction. They were at my house within the hour and got started right away. Avoided any mold problems and while we did have to get rid of some drywall damage was minimal.

The job went well, the crew was on time and did a great job with the mold removal. Matt came out to do an estimate and did a great job with explaining the work. Another Matt came out to do the work and knew what he was doing and was able to explain to me what he did and certain aspects of the job. They did a great job all around and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation.
