No charge because I was under warranty. They are excellent. It's been so long since I've used them. They sent someone the next day. They came on time. They are great. After work was done, they explained what was done and why.

Called the company back.  Told them to listen to the recording of my customer service conversation.  They still denied me coverage and said Iowed the serviceman $50. 
I said that this "insurance" was a money-making SCAM.  Boy, did the CS agent get loud then.  I said that it was OK and that I'd be taking it to my elected representatives and the BBB.  She still didn't budge.  So, that's what I did.  The BBB straigntened them out and they relented...while admitting no fault on their part.  Sounds like a Congressional hearing, ya know?

They guarantee the work. The service was excellent. They put up a bunch of plastic curtains to make sure that the work would not go to another part of the basement. The people were very friendly to work with. They also provided the work with 1 year of no interest and we can pay it off during that time.
