Technician arrived on time and was very familiar with our system. He spent 45 minutes making adjustments to and inspecting the heating system and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed by the quality of the service and that the technician gave advice on how to get the longest life out our heating system. I would definitely call Lawry to do any repair on my HVAC system and will definitely have them to do a Spring Tuneup on my central air system.

Marty G. was on time. He removed old humidifier - no longer able to get parts. He sealed up all holes in unit and installed new humidifier. He made it look like it was always there since the new unit was bigger and he had to relocate it. Both he and his helper Joe worked well together and cleaned up work area and then showed us how to work unit.

Excellent. James was thorough in everything he did. He arrived on time, and went right to work. He took the gas fired nozzles off for cleaning, and making sure all 6 of them in alignment correctly to ensure proper operational for the entire heating system. I highly recommend him for a service call. He is knowledgeable in what he does, and took time to explain things to me.

In each job he took pride in what he was doing and it showed in outstanding workmanship. He did not hesitate to explain what he was doing if asked. One of the tasks involved removing a part of a plaster wall and this was done neatly and the site was kept clean of debris. I would welcome Laury Heating & Plumbing and Sam for any of my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs without reservation.

Tyler knows HVAC systems. When he came to our service call, he was able to give recommendations and diagnose our problems. He did this very efficiently and explain things in a way that a non-HVAC person such as myself could understand. At the same time, he was able to explain things to my husband in terms that I am still trying to figure out. We are definitely getting a service contract with Laury as long as Tyler is the one who comes to our home!!
