We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Laury is a trusted business with many years of experience behind them. Prices are also extremely reasonable given the cost of services right now. Warren you are the man!

Last year I had new unit from them installed, price was reasonable and unit worked great. However, there is a room in the house that wasn't cooling properly and called them again. The technician was several hours late. He looked in the attic and the duct work was twisted so therefore he needed to replace the duct work (about 5 feet) and I requested a new grate as well with open and shut capabilities. He advised the office would call me with an estimate. It was three days later, they did. SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS!!! NO WAY AM I PAYING THAT. The woman said she would check it again and call me back. Never heard from her. Now within a week, I've got 2 collection notices for a dispatcher fee! And now a collection call this morning advising me my account is past due. Do I or do I not have a text message that the service fee will be paid at time job is completed? Yes , I do. I advised the woman I am not doing the work, therefore not paying a dispatch fee bull..... I have 3 rental properties, my son has 2. His primary residence had a new unit installed 4 years ago, we have always used them. No more, I am to say the least, p*****.
