"It is unfortunate you felt our extensive service to you was yet and still, unacceptable. As professional cleaners we take tremendous pride in our work. During our conversation, I explained that we worked from an approved and signed (by you) task sheet and that the numerous add-ons you requested after cleaning began were not possible at that time. Being that you were satisfied to the point of calling us post-cleaning for a 2nd cleaning appointment, it is disappointing that you would post this review. However, thank you for your past patronage.
