We were very pleased with Andrew's attention to detail, responsiveness, concern for the project and communication. He never pressured us or made us feel uncomfotable. Carlos and crew always treated our house with care and protected the areas they were working in. Their work is excellent and there isn't much I can complain about.

I highly recommend NJ Kitchens and Baths!

Andrew and his team are honest and trust-worthy. Those two qualities caught my interest even more when choosing a company to handle my bathroom renovation. The renovation fell right on budget, not to mention the timing involved during the process of the renovation. Everything went according to plan! The whole project took a month to complete, due to gutting the complete bathroom out and rebuilding it back up. I could have not picked anybody else to take on my bathroom project. Very happy and satisfied with the quality of work done! Another good quality of Andrew, was his communication skills between his team and myself. Always kept me informed of any changes or complications that needed to be taken care of during the course of the project. A very big plus!! Definitely would hire Andrew and his team again! N.J. Kitchens and Bath was the way to go!!!

After an exhaustive quoting process, Andrew Koutoudis was one of the few contractors who spelled out exactly what he would do and what he would provide for the quoted price. He was not the least expensive but he was nowhere close to the most expensive (the top 2 quotes were between $22,000 and $26,000).
He warned me about 3  potential change orders, only one of which materialized, relating to the condition of the floor joists.  He provided several local sources from which I could choose to order fixtures and finishes, and once I had placed my order, he arranged to apply his contractor's discount and picked up the materials for delivery to the site.  The work took about  two and half weeks and was done almost on time -- a personal matter kept the foreman away for a few days. In order to make up for the delay, Andrew replaced the electrical service box  with a larger one at no cost to me.
Andrew communicated well with me and always either answered his phone or returned my calls promptly.  The house was protected well, the crew cleaned up after themselves and the new bathroom is functional (unlike the old one) and good-looking.

We finally decided to completely renovate the kitchen and associated eating area.  The work included removing all cabinets, and flooring.  One of our goals was to remove the sofit that completely surrounded the area.  Once we took out all of the old cabinets and flooring, we went to work on the sofit.  We found that there was a section that had a great deal of plumbing.  They worked very diligently to reroute what plumbing made sense and all wiring so that we could get rid of most of the sofit.  They did recommend that we not completely get rid of it, due to the extra costs.  We had several delays, none of which were their fault, but they worked as long as possible every day to try to make up time.  We even had a severe snow storm during the construction, but they worked right through it.  (while waiting for a ride, one of the workers even shoveled the sidewalk - without asking). They worked out any issues.  Took care of all of the permits and inspections, handled subcontractors (Electricians).  And made sure that we were happy.  They have even checked back routinely to ensure that there were no issues. Great company for kitchens.
