V.I.P. diagnosed and repaired my furnace very efficiently and answered all of my questions about the repair. I had other questions about my furnace and piping which Hector explained very clearly. I highly recommend V.I.P. and I would use them again should the need ever arise.

The guys from VIP were great from start to finish. Hector was prompt with our appointment. He was very informative regarding my situation but never pressured me into anything. Anton took the time to explain everything to me before they started the project. When they left it was like they were never there. Everything was cleaned up and left spotless. Hector from VIP HVAC is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what the possible problems our AC system could have over the phone. He was very accommodative to our request to look at our AC as soon as possible since our tenant has guest coming from overseas. He came at the appointment time promptly and examined the AC system carefully and he was able to pinpoint reason why the AC won't start. He found that there was a hidden breaker switch was off and he did not even charge for the AC service visit! I was really pleasantly surprised! Hector, who is co-owner of VIP HVAC, was able to assess my AC issue promptly. He showed up on time and was very friendly. Hector was knowledgeable, did a thorough inspection and then patiently explained the intricacies of his findings. Together, we explored potential solutions. He was forthcoming about estimated costs, which seem to be significantly less than competitors with the same -- if not better -- standards. Not once did I feel pressured as often happens with other service providers. He clearly cares about what he does and wants his company to maintain its reputation as trustworthy. Would recommend this company without hesitation. I feel comfortable that we now have a go to HVAC professional who can be counted on.

VIP HVAC impressed me during their initial meeting to discuss my project which involved removing a very old (25+ years) 4 ton Carrier condenser and relocating a new one (4 ton Goodman seer 13) about 25 feet away. Due to the age of my old system which used the old R22 refrigerant, new coils inside would be required and the associated new line set plumbing would need to be run. Company owners Anton and Hector conduct themselves professionally and were extremely forthcoming with information in regards to educating their client (me). Being a very technical guy I really appreciated their willingness to let me watch the entire process and explain any technical questions I had. From explaining the nitty gritty of HVAC operational concepts to specifics about pulling a vacuum and the tools required, to how every part of the system works, the main takeaway for anyone reading this review is that they are very transparent and I never felt at any time that they were hiding anything. This biggest problem most people have with ANY hired help/contractors is when you feel like the vendor is overcharging by leveraging the client's ignorance of the process, whether you are talking about Car mechanics, general contractors, HVAC, or whatever. Seeing and understanding what really goes into the HVAC project, labor and knowledge/experience-wise and accounting for the cost of materials (the condenser, coils, and all the other "small" things like pvc plumbing, copper, condensation pump, caulking etc, made me really appreciate the price quoted to me. In talking to Anton and Hector, asking questions and watching them work I can confidently say that they take pride in their work and are not motivated by selling you a service contract or up sell you on things you might not need. In fact, during our initial meeting Anton had quoted me for a new Furnace, (he actually gave me 4 quote variations to account for my future upgrade plans) but then during the installation of the interior coils that install above the furnace, he told me that he took a look at the furnace exchanges while they had the old ducting removed and he felt they were in good condition so I really did not need a new furnace anytime soon. Now as technical of a guy that I am , I really have no idea what a good or bad condition exchange looks like, but I am sure there are plenty of other less ethical companies out there who could easily take that opportunity to up sell the client on a new furnace or whatnot. The day of my installation was heavy rain in the morning and evening with extremely uncomfortable humidity all through the day. VIP HVAC completed the job without complaint and on time even with a slightly later start due to the weather (10:30am instead of the planned 9am). In regards to pricing with VIP HVAC, not only were they the most professional , transparent and trustworthy of the 4 companies (3 from Home Advisor, 1 from my own independent sourcing) but they happen to be the most afford
