They follow-up very well.  They stands on top of everything.  They want to know if you are okay with what is going on, and they keep you updated of what is needed to be done on your part with the lawn.

They do a very good job. We've been using them for over 10 years.

TruGreen were punctual, they seemed very knowledgeable and their price was very reasonable.

We did not use Scotts Lawn Svc because they were more expensive than other quotes that I had received.

The people that work for this company are very knowledgable.  The company I used prior to this would always tell me that everything looked great when things were dying all around the property.  They explained about overwatering and treatment of things that pop up is included in the estimate I received for the year.  They have only been here twice, but so far so good.

When we signed up for their lawn-care program, we explained the problem we were having, particularly emphasized on the weed issue.  4-5 treatments were performed in 2011.  We didn't quite see the result we were expecting as the weed never went away.  We called back and was told that we missed the early spring weed control treatments thus it's hard to get good results, and that we'd see better results if we sign up for an entire year.  We subsequently did for 2012.  The result was catastrophic.  The weed grew out of control, both in size (knee deep) and coverage (occupied 1/3 of the lawn).  Our lawn was better without their service than with.  We called numerous times and they did come out for additional treatments but with zero results. They blamed it on the weather and simply not able to treat it.  They never acknowledged their failure.  It was an extremely frustrating experience, and sadly, the company simply did not owe up to it.  We asked for a full refund since it was a complete service failure on their end, but was told that they could only refund for the services that weren't performed.  And even for the refund, we had to call several times and only to have part of the money refunded two months later.  I would never ever use their service, nor would I recommend their service to anyone I know.  It's hard to find companies that do good/honest work these days.  Most companies seem more interested in marketing themselves and their empty promises than providing quality services for their customers.

Trugreen representative called and offered to set up energy audit at no charge which I agreed to anticipating it would be a whole house energy audit. When he arrived, it wasn't an energy audit but rather an insulation inspection of the attic only. The representative was very professional, had been with Trugreen for many years.  He explained when he was here that Trugreen doesn't address any areas except the attic, i.e. doesn't look at the basement, exterior walls, etc. The form the representative completed and left with me is titled "Insulation Inspection Report." It would be vey helpful if Trugreen had their representatives inform customers during the call to set up the home visit that it is an insulation inspection not an energy audit. The representative left me with an "Insulation Service Agreement" showing the suggested additional recommended insulation I should have added (they only use Cellulose) and the price for them to do the work.

Last spring I had a representative from tru green knock on my door and solicit service for my lawn. At  first  I was apprehensive, but eventually gave in. Which turned out being a BIG mistake. When I originally prepaid for the service for the season, I was informed that I would receive a call two days prior to hem coming, which never happened. The first treatment was done on the same day that my landscaper came. I called to complain and was assured that I would receive a call prior to my service next  time. My second treatment was scheduled and worked out fine. My third treatment, not so good. They showed up unannounced and on the day before my sons party which was to be held in the backyard. They fertilized the lawn and needless to say, we had to move the party since we were going to have multiple younger children here. I spoke to the manager Jim who was apologetic and felt bad. He refunded me two treatments as a way of saying sorry.  And my fourth treatment went as most of the others. My lawn was fertilized without being notified, and on the same day as my landscaper comes.  I had to call and complain, and have them come back again. I was then solicited for aeration and seeding. I reluctantly prepaid and have a horrible experience. They came as scheduled  but only did the front of my house and never did the back. I called to complain and was informed that someone will be out the following week. I received a call last Wednesday and was informed that they would be coming on Thursday. No one ever showed up. I called on Friday and was informed that someone would be there today. No one ever showed up. I called on Monday and asked for JIm or someone to call me back. It's now Tuesday, and no phone call. I called to follow up today and was informed that in their computer, it showed that the complaining was cleared/ taken care of. So as of know, no one has called me back. Stay away from this company

I like them.  They come and do their job and leave.  They keep my yard looking green but they’re not cheap in terms of price.  They just come and I will continue to use them in the future.

They do the lawn treatments including pesticide for our landscaping. They come out six times a year. We have been using them for a number of years and are very happy with them. Any issues my husband has had with them they have always worked out to our satisfaction. Sometimes they try to sell you products and other things. Sometimes we see a lot of crab grass and things like that. My husband would call and they would work it out. We will continue to use them. They are nice people. I have talked to them and they are very nice.

Technician showed up on appointed day, performed services, left report in mailbox, outlining what was done.  However, they phoned me FIVE times, to solicit additional  (expensive) services.  Four of those calls were for the same services (aeration and seeding).  The fifth was to offer an energy audit.  Each time, I politely asked them to stop calling.  I am now re-thinking any renewal with this company.

We had an explosion of weeds crop up in our yard.  Last year we used an organic lawn service which produced so-so results.  Thius year our lawn looked like we never treated it.  We were desperate to shock it back into shape and TruGreen has done an amazing job to bring back our lawn to its lush green status.  They acted promptly and are very professional.

If I need an extra application, they are right here for it. They came back free of charge for us. I would recommend them but would look into all the extra services they offer before you sign up.

I was really not happy with their service because my lawn looks worse after they started.  The people were friendly and nice but it is just that the lawn condition was not nice and not in good shape. The people were wonderful but the product was not great.  If it worked the pricing would have been okay.  The price was competitive.

Although my crab grass was reduced, it has not gone away and now I have some bare spots, but the lawn does look better.  I called for several "emergency" sessions (free) to spray areas that they kept missing.  They convinced me that my lawn needed aeration & seeding (several hundred dollars more).  They seeded on an early fall day that was rainy & some of the seed washed away but I won't know until the spring how well the seeding went.  I do plan to continue the service for 2012 because I don't think one year is enough time get the lawn to where it needs to be.

I would give them all A's.  Audrey is wonderful.

They came out and looked at what needed to be done. They do not do lawn care; they do only trees. They suggested another person, who could do the landscaping work. They were very courteous. They were very pleasant to deal with. They were punctual. However, they were a little misleading about what they did. Their website is very misleading. I would consider in the future if there is a specific tree problem. 

We are happy with them. They are pretty good. When they say they are coming, they are there. They are quick. They get the job done. The guy that comes out is very pleasant. We paid a onetime payment of over $200 for six visits. They are very nice to work with and are really very accommodating.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.

They have been reliable. The lawn is healthy and growing. I am happy with their work and their prices. They are prompt and do what they say they are going to do.

Trugreen Chemlawn does a good job of spreading chemicals on our lawn. Everything looks nice and they come very regularly. My only problem with this is that the chemicals are bad for my dog's feet, so I may have to quit using them. But as far as responsiveness and quality of work goes, I would recommend them highly.

It is hard to get in contact with them, and when you do reach the switchboard person, Ell is not the most courteous. They did an alright job treating my lawn.
