Lawn Service
They were prompt in their service but did not stand behind the work. Called them back to look at a sink hole in the driveway due to most likely a poor connection in the pipe and they would only come back for an additional $250. becasue they had to bring in a machine ( they refused to just dig in the spot to see what the problem could be). I offered additional landscaping to make it worth their while - they took notes but did not follow up on the job. Called several times over a period of time and then gave up - they said too much time had elapsed - (due to their slow responses). Since then we also found that the pipe that was laid underground did not drain in a downward slope but was hidden in the ivy at a different angle causing possibly a back flow that caused the sink hole in the driveway. We had to call in another contractor to fix the problem.
Would definitely not use them again - nice guys, creative but they do not know what customer service is.

I'm not very happy with them, with the quality of their work. Maybe I need to look for another one that's better than them.
