+ -1 moreOrdered a fruit basket online for an after-funeral gathering in NJ. There were a few attempted deliveries on the day of the funeral (including that morning, when obviously no one was home). After that, nothing. They waited for me to call them to authorize delivery the next day. They waited for me. Nevertheless, 2 days after that the friendly 1-800 people still could not confirm if delivery ever was made after that. After calling them more several times, I finally had to cancel the order. Jeez, we're talking about $5 or 6 dollars worth of fruit, puls a $3 or 4 dollar basket, and they're getting close to $70 for it, and all they need to do is deliver it on time. Very disappointing. They have competition; I suggest you try them first.
