Matt is an excellent service technician who not only performed the job at hand very well (a more complicated job than it seems by the description), but he listened to the customer and was courteous and professional. I recommend Matt and would certainly use Service Professionals for future needs.

I explained from the beginning that I was meeting with several contractors and they said to let them know what the other quotes were because they would match any offer. I did that and they did match a competitor's offer plus the benefits they were offering originally. Only thing was I had to do the work the next day which led to a mad scramble on my end, but in the end it all worked out.

The tech, Kalid was on time, friendly, courteous and meticulous about the work done, which was just annual check-up on the A/C system. He explained the work he did and I have used Service Professionals for several years now and always a good experience. They do not try to push any additional work on you like some vendors I have used in the past.

I actually had my home air ducts and vents cleaned (not an installation), and Victor and Carlos from Service Professionals did a superb job! They did the most thorough job. They explained to me how the process worked, showed me the equipment they were using, showed me how they had to access the ducts. They even had their own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up in the areas that they worked in! I was so impressed with their customer service and pride they exhibited in their work.

BOILER REPLACEMENT. If you decide to hire them to beware they will tell you what you want to here. When the work is done it was not what they say will be done. Look at there agreement there is no place for them to write done what they say will be done only checkboxes. I asked for a pipe to be changed mike said he will change it but when job finished he said they deemed it OK so they left it. They put the water valve on the opposite side of the boiler so I have to reach next to the hot stove pipe to fill the boiler. Mike seemed like a nice guy but I learned to get everything in writing !!!! Or you will get screwed. They do not wear booties in your house and they have dirty gloves on. When they use your bathroom they left stairway railings filthy along with bathroom floor. They knew the house is over 100 years old and has a wet basement.

salesman was not high pressure with a lot of fluff to try and sell. he was on time and explained the options available and had fair prices would use them again

I could not be happier with Service Professionals. They are an amazing company and I am so glad I hired them. They were super professional and thorough from the salesman Greg, to the boiler installers, who were hard-working and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend Service Professionals.

Unqualified and incompetent. They told me everything was fine on an AC checkup, charged me and 2 weeks later needed my entire AC system replaced for $13,000! Never use them
