My technician Joe did an excellent job with my A/C maintenance visit. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.

My central AC compressor would not turn on due to several years of my not having maintenance completed. I got a technician here on the same day I called. He was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and the AC was working right away. He explained the service plan and I decided to sign up and get back on track with regular maintenance for AC, furnace, electrical and plumbing. Hopefully the company provides the same great service for all my future appointments.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new Rinnai tankless water heater by Service Professionals. From Joaquin, who provided us with the initial estimate, to Jon, Ronny, and Jay, who completed the job, and the office staff, the entire experience was exceptional. We received estimates from other companies but chose Service Professionals because of their thorough explanations and excellent customer service. The new tankless water heater was installed flawlessly, the old unit was removed and hauled away, and the work area was left clean. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Great service, price and organized

Service Professionals, Inc. were exactly that- Professional! They have specialists (HVAC) that was able to not only figure out what caused leak in our kitchen but assisted us, as new homeowners, in getting needed contractors (all very good) to help us renovate our kitchen after the water damage. We will definitely reach out to Service Professionals for our plumbing needs.
