+ -1 moreThe job had to be supervised closely by a family member to make sure no damage was done to other parts of my home. They damage a screen door taking the old bathroom fixtures out of the house. We had to point out damage or I think they would have ignored it. They also damaged the wood floor leading to the bathroom (some how lifted wood finish and left their footprint).
Description of Work: Installed a new Bathroom sink/cabinet and toilet. Installed new tile floor. Fixed minor plumbing issues round my home.

+ -1 moreThis contractor was asked to check one vent and check the flow to the second floor of the house. We have no problem paying for service. Then RYAN called to tell me that they had made an error and I needed to sign some other document for ongoing maintenance and service. At no time did they state that I was committing to 2 years of service nor did they state that failure to use the full service would result in being charged this outrageous amount. Apparently they are better at dupping senior citizens and collecting money through threats of small claims court then they are at performing either their heating, electrical or plumbing services. To top it all off, we had sent them a written notice to terminate the contract and they stated the reason we sighted was not an acceptable reason!!!! The document says all that is required is written notice, nothing states RYAN has to agree to the reason for termination. TOTAL ROBBERY - STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM RYAN.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ALSO WERE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THEY HELPED US FIND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE HEATING DUE TO A CLOG IN VENTILATION.
Description of Work: THE HEATING AND AC DIDN'T WORK SO THEY CAME AND REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A BLOCKAGE ABOVE THAT CAUSED THE AIR NOT TO FLOW INTO THE ROOM.
