Edmundo was very professional and pricing was reasonable. He repaired the radiator in a timely fashion. The only challenge was that my system is very old and he didn't have too much knowledge about it, but he did know boilers and plumbing...now my home is nice and cozy warm!

Continental was incredible! They were punctual, incredibly efficient, considerate of my home and very well priced! The owner was helpful and even gave me tips to assist me in maintaining my water heater. He was incredible. His assistant was also incredible. They worked like a well oiled machine; I've watched a lot of mechanics (and even did mechanical work in another life) and have never seen the efficiency and professionalism that I experienced with these two gentlemen. I will recommend them to anyone who needs professional service.

This heater (Bradford White MI5036FBN) replaced a State Censible 510E that we had for over 15years with no problems until this week. Edmundo gave me the model number of the heater so that I could research it. It has poor reviews on Amazon and other sites on the internet. A plumbing supply company gave it 4.6 out of 5 so I'm hoping that it will be ok. Edmundo said that it was a reliable company and that the product was good. I did see that many people that had problems also had water softeners. Our house does not have a water softener so I hope we're safe. From what I read online, this can cause the heater to fail. Others said the tank ruptured. I hope this isn't my situation in the future either. At any rate, Edmundo and the plumber arrived on time and installed the heater professionally. They laid tarps to keep the floor clean and took all debris away. He said the install was guaranteed for a year and showed my how to care for it by letting about 5 gallons of water out of the heater once a year as preventative maintenance. I feel confident in their abilities but am a little concerned about this model. I hope I don't have any issues but will update my review of the heater in the future.

My plumber was reliable, personable and very professional and arrived on time, early even. He was able to come on a Saturday to install my water heater without charging extra as some of the others do. They also offer one year warranty on the service, so, if there is an issue with the unit they will come fix it for free.

Our water heater went out over the weekend and I needed it replaced immediately. Continental came in the very next day (on a Sunday), assessed the setup of my water heater and quickly went to work. In no time at all, the new unit was installed and warming up. I strongly recommend them based on their ability to work around my last second request in addition to their quality of work.

I needed my hot water heater replaced in a hurry. I am disabled and undergoing extensive medical treatment at this time, so I needed someone whom I could trust.
