Called for quotation during the week - Julio came over that Saturday. Quotation was detailed and we discussed timeline for the job. Roofing (& flashing/siding repairs) was completed in 2 days. Seamless gutters with screens were installed in less than a day. All the work looks great. Julio & his team were professional & pleasant to deal with throughout. He dealt with/rectified any issues he came across on the job with no "surprises" or price changes. Would definitely recommend/use them again.

Julio's crew did the roof in one day, and this is for a 3-story house and including a back porch roof. They also repaired some damage in the soffits that squirrels had caused, and they replaced some old wooden shakes that were in bad shape. The roof looks great, and they cleaned up well after the job including the timely removal of the dumpster. The gutter crew came the next day and were done by noon, and the gutters look very good as well. All Over Exterior went above and beyond to do a good job and ensure that my mother would be happy with the results ? and she definitely was.

It had been hard to find contractors to even come out and give an estimate. Julio at AllOver was very responsive, and a pleasure to work with, and helped identify concerns and issues I had with my roof apart from the storm damage. He also was responsive to my concerns about items resident "in" the roof, like the replacement of bath fan vents that I was concerned about. He worked with me to assure that items that were noted in my insurance adjustment were all appropriately taken care of. The workers were extremely efficient and left no debris, cleaning up around my property very well before leaving the job site. They arrived in the morning and were done before sundown on a short winter's day (prior to a soaking rain we were having that evening). The only issue was a minor mix-up on the color of the roofing shingles - but AllOver made good on this to our satisfaction. I have been recommending them since. Their level of service, responsiveness, quality, promptness and speed is hard to match.

This company was the first to respond. They came to my house the same day and performed the work the next day. Their pricing is very fair and I was satisfied with the results. While my job was small in comparison to others, I will certainly look to this company again in the future when it is time for a new roof. Very satisfied.

I called & left a message for Julio. He returned my call the same day. Julio came to our house & inspected the roof with me. After he answered a list of questions I had, Julio gave me additional information. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and said that his crew could install the new roof in one day. Julio's detailed estimate was the least expensive of the four I received. He offered to do a few minor repairs & to upgrade the ridge vents at no extra cost. Throughout the day of the job, he was there to supervise. His crew finished on time & did an excellent job raking up the debris & picking up nails. Julio responded to my request for a quote immediately. He stopped by my house and he gave me an unbeatable price. I know the business and I know the other quotes I was receiving. Other roofers said the price I paid was cheap. The bottom line is price AND quality to me; based on the other reviews he had gotten here, I signed on. And I'm glad I did. He started the job immediately, had all the material delivered to my house and showed up with his crew at 7:30am to start. By 6:00 pm he was finished, and the job was simply amazing. He delivered on all his promises he made me. His crew was friendly and left my property spotless. He also asked me to walk around my property at the end to make sure everything is exactly how I wanted it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julio to family or friends. I will be getting my gutters done soon by him and will leave a review when I get a chance.

We had damaged siding in the front of the house that was not replaceable since it was no longer made. We also had a gap in the siding where the old deck was and new patio is. We didn't want to spend on residing the whole house. All over was able to find a close match and swap pieces from the back of the house and made it work. Julio stayed with his crew for the entire job. He explained every step beforehand so that I would not be surprised as I have been by other contractors making decisions for me. We were very happy with the outcome

I met with Julio for a quote and found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced in the roofing business. After receiving 5 different quotes i found Julio's to be the most comprehensive for my needs. As promised his team started work at 8am and finished on time and on budget by 5pm. This experience was very easy and Julio and his team were great. I will definitely call them again when we side our house.

The job went very well. The workers arrived about 7:15 AM-removed the old roofing- replaced the shingles and were finished about 1PM. Before starting, they covered the shrubbery and sunroom roof. Julio was on site on and off during the day. The gutter guy came when they were finished and installed the gutter guards. When finished, the workers did a good job of cleaning up, including blowing the grass and immediate yard. When Julio came to inspect the job, he had photos of the rotted wood that was removed as well as pictures of work in progress and the finished job. We are pleased with the work performed and the quality of the work. We will recommend Allover Exterior to anyone who aks for a roofing referral. i

I can honestly say that I have never, ever, had a more positive experience working with a contractor than I have had with Julio and his crew from AllOver Exterior Remodeling. The flat roof on the front of my home had begun leaking, as it has done every 8-10 years since I've been here. Based on the reviews on Angies List, I called 4 contractors for an estimate. Julio's was the last company that I called. It was on a Friday afternoon and he got back to me within 3 hours. (I'm used to waiting for a few days to a week for contractors to return my calls, if they call at all). We made an appointment for him to come the following Monday morning at 8AM to look at the job. He was here for the appointment as agreed, and on time. My primary concern at that point was getting the leak in the flat roof repaired, as the leak was staining one of the second floor cielings.Julio went up and did his evaluation and we discussed my options at that point. He is obviously knowledgible in his trade and answered all my questions. He explained that replacing the flat roof with a pitched roof would not be a problem and , based on pictures he had taken when he was up there, recommended that the rest of the roofing (shingles and flat) be replaced as well. There was obvious damage to many of the shingles and, given the age of the roof, that recommendation didn't suprise me. He took about ten minutes to work out a price for the work, and I accepted immediately. Considering the amount of work that he was proposing to do, his price was extremely reasonable. Julio and his crew of 5 men showed up just 2 days later on Wednesday at 8AM (AS AGREED) and went to work.... and boy,do they work!They removed 2 coarses of shingles and flat roof membrane from the entire house, replaced all the roof vents in addition to installing a new peak vent that runs the entire width of of the house. , installed the new "clog free" gutter in addition to 2 smaller gutters that weren't even part of our original agreement ( julio thought it was important esthetically for them to match the new one because they were visible from the front of the house), and had the the entire roof reshingled and covered by 8 oclock that evening! The crew was obviously exhausted but they left the yard cleaner than it was when they had arrived that morning, and all debris from the work had been hauled away before they left. The roof and gutters look great and the chiminy looks like new. I highly recommend Julio and AllOver Exterior Remodeling. I have found him to be an ethical man who willing to deliver all that he has promised , and more. At a great price too. Great Work Julio!

they gave us a roof estimate , changing entire roof, all plywood and clean up. they price was lowest comparing to other contractors. they start the job , everything went well, finish on time and i will recommended All Over exterior for anybody that needs roofing or siding jobs.

After calling many contractors all day, Julio the owner of All Over was the only one who responded fast. Julio came on time to the estimate date, which really impressed us and gave us one of the most great price we had every gotten from a contractor for this particular job. In the past we had other estimates done but there were too expensive so we waited until the right time and the right person. Julio worked with us and gave us a great price. The next day the workers came set up their equipment and got the job done in one day. They started early in the morning and got it done by four clock in the afternoon. The owner, workers, and the overall experience was outstanding. Actually we are going to hire this company in the future since Julio gave us a good price on work that needs to get done on the house. Julio is a good guy, a good person to work with and he is very reasonable, responsible and responsive. We recommend this company if you need work done at a reasonable price. This is the guy for you.
