I can't say enough about All Over Exterior. Julio is personable and easy to talk to. He gave a very detailed estimate and gave me different options for the leaf guard. The whole job was complete in 2 days. 2 layers of shingles were removed. a lot of work was completed in a short period of time. The crew was pleasant. The team replaced a 40 year old wood shake roof (and three smaller roofs), ensured animal damage was repaired and future squirrels were deterred, added ventilation along the fascia, replaced all the gutters with 6" wide gutters and redesigned the water flow around the chimney to minimize risks of leaks. All the work was completed in just 2.5 days (much faster than other providers we talked to thanks to the size and skill of Julio's team). They also tidied up very carefully (crucial as we have young children).

Had a serous leak due to storm on Monday 6/9/2014. By Friday 6/13/2014 signed contract with Julio. Roof replaced on 6/17/2014. Julio was easy to work with and very responsive to calls and questions. I had a question about the GAF shingles he used, and he put me in touch with a rep at the factory who could answer it. Unlike others from whom I got estimates, his paperwork explained clearly what was to be done. The actual installation ran from 7:30 AM to about 5:30 PM. Julio has everything very well organized and his workers seem to know exactly what to do. Clean up was thorough. Also helped remove planters and furniture from deck and put back after job was done.

All Over Exterior replaced our roof and relined the yankee gutters. Julio was personable and very easy to work with. We had three quotes and found Julio's cost to be competitive. We had many questions, but Julio took time to answer them in several phone calls following our initial meeting. He remained on top of everything throughout the process. The crew worked very hard during drizzly/cloudy day and did a great job. A section of the railing in our porch broke during the clean-up, but the carpenters came the next day to fix the railing. We were happy that the problem was rectified right away. All in all, we are happy with a job well done!

Julio was great to work with. Since I went to work during part of the time they worked on my roof, Julio took videos so that I could see the conditions up on the roof and he texted them to me. Despite some complications with replacing the sky light (because the exact size is no longer available), Julio obtained the closest possible size, made the adjustments so that it would fit, and painted inside the house along the sky roof at no extra charge. I was impressed that the crew cleaned up all the mess, including shingles that fell into the neighboring park alongside my house. Julio recommended gutter guards, which I chose not to purchase because I have read a lot of negative on line opinions of various brands of gutter guards. While I was weighting the pros and cons of purchasing them during my initial meeting with Julio he called a prior customer so that I could speak to them and get their opinion. The prior customer kindly spoke with me and expressed that he was happy with his roof. The roof held up beautifully during Super Storm Sandy; however, he did not find the gutter guard helpful and has since removed them because leaves were getting in despite the covers. The covers were making it more difficult to clean the gutters. Since then I have spoken to an acquaintance who has had some type of gutter guard for over 10 years and has never had a problem with them, so I suggest you do your own research in that regard. More important, my roof has been fine through all sorts of weather and my sky light has not leaked. It was a pleasure working with Julio and I will highly recommend him to friends and family.

We reviewed and recieved estimates from seven different roofers. The range of prices had the usual very low and exorbitantly high prices. Our final choice was between a very reputable, established large company and All over Exterior Remodeling. Price was similar for the same work and references for both were equal. The reason we chose "All over" was because of Julio Cesar, the owner. We were immediately impressed by his punctuality and the fact that he was so reachable. Appointments were exact and phone calls returned right away if not answered( all but two calls were answered immediately). What really impressed us was his proffesionalism, knowledge and courtesy. He explained exactly what they would do and the timeline. Julio also assured us that he would be on the job with the crew. Our only concern was that it was to good to be true. The job was outstanding ! Julio delivered on everything he said he would do and then some ! The old roof was carefully removed, with the house and bushes protected. A wheeled dumpster trailer saved the driveway from damage. Everything was done the same day, including a very complete cleanup. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were skilled and efficient, yet polite and friendly. And as promised, Julio was there the whole time. We could not have been happier with the job that was done, and enthusiastically recommend " All over".

Julio and his crew arrived on time and got right to work replacing a section of my roof which was leaking. They removed about 200 sq feet of shingles and layed down an ice and water shield and reflashed my skylight which was not done correctly when the original roofers had done the job. I inspected the job when it was complete and you couldn't even tell that it was a new section of roof as it blended in perfectly with the rest of the roof. Thanks Julio

Simply put, Julio was fabulous. We had a new roof installed last fall by a different roofer and had multiple leaks coming from the back section of the roof. That company never came to fix the leaks, despite repeated promises to do so. When we contacted Julio, he came immediately to conduct an assessment. He determined that the prior roofer had done such a bad job that the entire back section needed to be replaced. He and his crew conducted the back roof replacement timely and efficiently, and also installed new gutters. It has since rained twice and we have had no further leaks. We were quite pleased with Julio's work and his professionalism.

I contacted Julio as we had suffered ice damming and wanted someone to clear our roof to prevent additional water damage to our townhouse. When I told Julio where we lived (new townhouse community) he said that he was familiar, was OK to go up on the roofs (high and steep) and added that when he had done work previously for another homeowner there, he had observed numerous flaws in the roof installation. Julio was able to schedule us within 2 days, and brought a crew of guys to clear the roof. Snow and ice were cleared as completely as possible and salt distributed to speed melting in trouble spots. He performed a detailed inspection, including photos, which highlighted numerous defects in the roof installation. When we requested a quote for repairs, he insisted that he would not take our money, and that we should take our concerns to the builder (community is still under construction), who should fix them for free. He further recommended several amendments which can be installed after the roof is fixed by the builder and the weather warms, to prevent future problems. Let me be clear, Julio didnt *refuse* to work on our roof, however he was extremely professional and honest and suggested that we should save our money and make the homebuilders correct their errors. In the event the builder wont do the work to our satisfaction, we will absolutely have Julio come back to effect repairs.

I contacted All Over about a week before Thanksgiving through Angie's List. Within a day or so Julio got back to me and we set up time for an estimate. Julio is the bomb! He explained everything to me and my wife, over our choices and was very helpful to make good suggestions. I have a busy job and he was very accommodating to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Once we decided on the materials, Julio and his crew were "All Over" it.. They worked very hard and did a great job! These guys were very punctual and delivered. My house has a much improved new look now. Removal, installation and clean up all went very well. We're very pleased.

Julio responded to my request for an estimate promptly. His price was in line with other quotes, but he did a better job of explaining what he was going to do and why. He installed my roof in one day and cleaned up beautifully. I'm totally satisfied.

Multiple contractors working on multiple trades...we needed to de-conflict trades and timelines. All Over was responsive in working to schedule dictated by other trades working on job site. Workers were courteous and professional at all times.

Julio was very professional, responsive and friendly. He answered all of my questions/emails promptly and showed up on time for all of our appointments, even on Saturdays. We had a small leak in our family room and kitchen which resulted in having to replace the roof on the addition to our house. The repairs were more than anticipated, but we are confident that Julio resolved the issue. On the day of the job, Julio and his team worked diligently to complete it in one day to make sure it was done before the next day's forecasted rain. He matched up the roof tiles perfectly and you can't even tell that we had repairs done. We are very pleased with the results and highy recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work.

I want to start off by saying that I ask alot of questions. From the estimate to the job being finalized (and even thereafter) he has been very patient in answering all my questions. Julio and his crew showed up early in the morning to complete the work. I was at work at the time (my father came over to keep an eye on the job) but remained in constant contact with Julio as to the condition of the current plywood and progress of the job. He even sent me pictures to show me how it was going. The workers moved fast and efficient and the new roof was completed in one day. The next day the gutters, leaders and gutter guards were all installed which put a nice finishing touch on the roof. My wife did the walk through with him and paid him once the job was completed. During the next heavy rainstorm I gave everything an inspection and noticed a small issue with one of the gutter guards. I contacted Julio that night (Friday) and he had someone come correct it the next day. Julio also came out to meet me almost two months after the job as I wanted to do a walk through with him as well (I have long work hours so I waited until I had a day off so I can meet up with Julio). Overall, Julio did a great job and I wish him success in the future.

Julio came to the house on time, inspected the roof and provided us with an estimate. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. The job went well and we are very pleased with the work. I will definitely recommend All Over Exterior remodeling to my clients and friends.

He did the estimate immediately and wanted to meet with me to explain the estimate. He gave me an exact time and he was there before I was. I never missed any work dealing with him. He was great. His estimates were roughly the same as two others that I asked for. He was wonderful and he was really very cooperative.

Julio was very responsive and pro-active regarding the job given. He gave us a fair price and was very helpful in doing all the small things in order to get the most out of our roof. I was very pleased with the work done and found the experience very pleasant vs. the last contractor we originally hired.

The first guy gave me a good estimate (the job turned out to be small) so I took it. When I called Julio to cancel, he was very nice and didn't give me any negative feedback. I definitely liked my experience dealing wqith him and would call him again for future jobs.
