If all of the contractors out there had the kind of ethics, dedication, integrity, and professionalism as Julio, the owner, and his team possess, this world would be a better place indeed. I called Julio for an estimate, and within 1 hour, he called me back. He showed up precisely on time for our consultation. I look at this factor...if a contractor can't be on time for an estimate, then chances are high he won't be on time for the actual job, amongst other potential problems. Julio is very knowledgeable and valued my budget. He gave me a written estimate at the consultation and explained the job well. I had a few estimates, and Julio was the only one who saw that the skylight was leaking, corroded, and needed to be replaced. He not only told me this, he showed me pictures that he took of the roof. Not only was he more thorough, but his estimate was lower than the other companies and much more professional. I was told the job would be done in one day, and even given an approximate time that they would be finished by. On the day of the job, the team showed up at 7:00am! I was amazed by this level of dedication. Unfortunately, it was slightly raining, so the job was re-scheduled for the next day. On the following day, the team once again showed up at 7:00am and began working. They were diligent, professional, nice, and thorough. The foreman, Anwar, was present for every aspect of the job and kept me informed throughout the day of what was happening. I appreciated that, as I know nothing about roof replacement. Thanks to him and Julio, I now know a few things. The team cleaned up when they were done, and all that was left was a gorgeous roof! During the consultation, I asked Julio about repairing part of the roof on my shed. He quoted me a price of $500.00. Despite wanting this done, I declined, as I wanted to stay in my budget. I had to leave for a few hours during the roof job, and when I came back, I saw that the roof on the shed was done. Julio did this for me at no charge! I was so grateful and so amazed that this kind man did that for me. I was so moved by this thoughtful and incredibly kind gesture. Juilo is a gem and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. If you want your roof done to perfection, and within your budget, call Julio. You will be delighted! Every time I look at my roof, I smile. And that's a lot! Thank you, Julio.

Julio did an awesome job...an 11 on a scale of 10. I found him on Angie's List. He returned my initial phone call in less than 30 minutes. We set up an appointment for an estimate meeting at the house early morning. He performed an inspection of the roof inside and out and took measurements. I already knew that I needed a new roof from prior inspection. He was able to put together a written estimate on the spot and had sample moisture membrane and shingle catalog to review options and was able to explain to me exactly what he would recommend in terns of work scope and why. The scope ended up being a strip of the old double layer of shingles, ridge vent install, ice dam liner around the perimeter, moisture membrane, new shingles (I forget the name but researched the brand and grade and he made a very good recommendation), gutter covers (which I had requested). He did not try to up-sell me and determined that the existing gutters where in good shape and could handle the debris covers. Note: when he installed them, he cleaned the outside of the gutters so they now look like new. He made a great suggestion on how the color that I originally thought that I wanted would look on my house. I am glad that I listened to him. I had done my research so that price that he quoted was good so I hired him on the spot. He provided some references of his work. He scheduled the work to be done two days later and he completed the project in one day. He covered all exterior work areas, took both progress and finished pictures and texted them to me throughout the day. He left a clean camp with no sign that he had been there other than a awesome looking new roof! He is a real pro. I will definitely hire him when we look to replace the siding on our house as I understand he specializes in that as well.

Julio was professional and responsive from beginning to end. Because of all the snowy weather, we decided to wait on starting the job. The team arrived quietly and on time, and were polite, and neat. Julio was present to start the job, and to oversee it many times during the 2 day project. The job is beautiful, and we are very pleased with the workers and the work completed. The price was higher than a "normal" roof because of the need to install 50 sheets of plywood, a detached 2 car garage, and new gutters, but it was $2000 lower than 1 other estimate.

Julio the owner was very good with returning phone calls and was easy to get in touch with. He also explained everything very well. After the work was completed, Julio told me to call him if there were any problems. I called him the next day because when the workers removed the siding in order to install the ice water shield, they left an area exposed. The workers also left old nails and debris on the roof. So the workers came back 2 days later and covered the exposed area and removed all of the old nails and debris. On the day that the work was to be completed, an employee from All Exterior Remodeling showed up on time, introduced himself and explained to me that the crew was still at another job finishing the work. The crew showed up about an 1 1/2 later but I appreciated that he explained to me why the workers were delayed.

I had a persistent leak in the ceiling of a three family rental property. After speaking with a number of possible vendors, I selected Julio's company to make the repairs necessary based on the extensive explanation he gave, a walk through where he detailed the problems that were evident to him and his extremely fair competitive price.. After we agreed on a price and signed a contract his team began work the following day. January weather is unpredictable but he arranged for the work to be completed in 2 1/2 days. After the work began, he discovered another significant problem that contributed to the leak. The chimney was badly deteriorated, an issue that was completely overlooked by the contractor who renovated the building. Julio agreed to rebuild the chimney for a truly low payment and had the work completed he following day. It is rare to find a vendor who is so responsive and careful in his work. And his workers were obviously happy working for him. I had a sense of confidence in Julio once I saw how responsibly he started the project. He kept me informed as the project was underway. I have no reservations about recommending him. He represents the best in customer service and quality work.

Juilo showed up to give the estimate. He was informative, and factual. He didn't try to oversell me anything and presented my options. Ultimately I decided to go with with a full roof replacement of my 16 year old roof. He said the job could be done on Monday and completed in one day. We had a roof that was 205 squares. The crew showed up on time Monday and by 4pm they were completely done with the roof, flashing and drip edging. They showed up the next day (again on time) to clean up for nails in my front and back yards (they made sure to clean the driveway and walkway to my front door the night before). This is where we had a small issue. The weather decided the next day to lay down a nice inch of snow, making it very hard for the inspector to visually inspect the roof and approve the work. Julio sent his crew back out (at his cost) to clean the roof in order for the inspection to happen in a timely manner. We passed with flying colors. Julio ask for 50% up front and I paid him 50% upon passing the inspection (approved sticker in hand). Julio was one of the most responsive contractors I have ever dealt with. He would either pick up or call me back within 5 minutes no matter what time of day. His knowledge of roofing is clear and his crew was super respectful and clean. Julio made this job painless, he was easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Julio was very responsive...I called on Monday to book him for the job...by Wednesday, his crew was at my house ripping off the roof. I was a little worried when they were calling for torrential rain that night but, they put up tarps and I had no leaks in the house. They came back a day later after the rain stopped and stayed late to finish the roof. They came back the following day to clean up and finish up. Everything was very neat....I did not see one nail on my driveway. Julio followed up after the next rainstorm to make sure there were no problems and everything was great. They are a great group to deal with and very professional!!

They were extremely prompt and easy to work with on the job. Julio knew exactly what to do and his crew executed on it. They were clean and the repair was perfect. I am definitely going to use them again to replace the rest of my roof in the spring.

Recently purchased a house with deteriorated roof and worn wood shake siding. Julio was prompt to our first meeting and even came out on a Sat. Before the job started, went over every detail from color, corner posts, window trim etc. His pricing wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but believe provided the best value. The roof team started early in the morning, and they removed 2 layers of existing roof and installed brand new in a day - first time watching a roofing job and it was quite a sight. The guys were super fast and efficient. The siding, being a bigger and more complex job took several days. Julio recommended a dark gray color, which my wife and I weren't so sure about - but we went with his recommendation and glad we did - it looks great! They also performed some small carpentry work (squaring up and trimming the garage doors) during the job. All in all, the house looks great and top to bottom is all Julio's work. I highly recommend him!

We used All Over Exterior after considering 4 bids for our roofing project. They removed two existing roofs of asphalt shingles on top of wood shakes. They installed 5/8" plywood and Timberline HD shingles as well as a ridge vent and Fascia Flow on the front and back of the house. They installed 6" gutters, leaders and Leaf Tech gutter guards. They also installed 9 sheets of plywood in our attic for extra storage. We paid 50% up front and 50% when the project was complete. We were pleasantly surprised by Julio's team of very polite workmen who took great pride in their work. Minor problems were immediately taken care of by Julio or Wagner, his foreman. The clean-up was great and there was no damage to shrubs. We were 100% satisfied with the work that was done for us.

As noted by the price, we have a large roof with many levels, angles and dormers. As such, there is a lot of man-hours that went into to the project and issues that happened a long the way, outside of anyones controls. Such examples included: 1) A chimney that needed to be re-pointed and the issue was identfiied by our roofers 2) Certain section of the roof which had been damaged and needed to be replaced 3) A leaking AC unit on the flat roof, which also ultimately needed to be replaced. 4) Identification of potential issue areas and new flashing was included. I thought his team, and particularly Julio, did an amazing job. This was not an easy project and the speed and responsiveness of his team in quickly executing on it was very impressive. Some things that come to mind which I thought really differentiated Julio were: 1) When we were having trouble picking the roofing, Julio actually sat in the car with me (and my crying baby) as we drove around town looking at example roofs, explaining the different options and what might look right for our house. 2) Julio was open to negotiation and explaining to a roofing novice (me) what the different options were for quality/price and what his thoughts were. He was patient throughout, which I know was not easy given the number of questions I had. He helped reconcile different quotes I had received to his which were all over the place. Ultimately, I went with Julio because of his transparency in this initial phase. 3) As issues were identified and problems occurred, Julio helped respond and make things right. He always came to speak with me or other contractors who were on site personally to address issues. We had some issues around our window sills and the flashing therein, which his guys addressed although it might have been out of the scope of roofing work. I really appreciate this and it is one of the big reasons I gave him an "A" in some categories above. My only feedback point is that although his guys cleaned up, there is still a ton of roofing debris and/or nails and other pieces on the roof itself, gutters, or in the dirt around my house. Not a day goes by that I don't pick up a nail, and honestly I would be nervous to let anyone play on our lawn for a while. If there was one thing his team could have done better, it was clean up. on the whole however, given all the great work that they did, the complexity and attention detail, his responsiveness (Julio particularly), I would strongly recommend them to anyone else in my area. We live on a very noticeable block, with a lot of nice houses and I think our roof stands out. I hope it stands the test of time but it certainly looks like it will.

The work was done in one day. There was a mix-up with the color of the gutter but it was resolved the next morning. There were 2 worker and one supervisor. They cleaned up as they went. The garage was left in better condition than they found it. They were fast and the work was good. I would recommend their services.

I had a very positive experience overall. Julio and his crew are very professional and understand their jobs well. They showed up when agreed upon and the work was of very high quality. There were some unexpected issues during the replacement, but Julio was very good at explaining the problems and outlining options. I was amazed by how quickly the work was completed. After the work was done, Julio touched base several times to make sure I was satisfied. The roof looks great, I'm very happy with the work.

I was VERY pleased with the work that was done on my home. Julio responded to my request for pricing in a very short time and gave me an estimate right away. Wagner, the field supervisor, was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. I met with 5 top rated contractors from Angie's List. Julio showed up for the estimate, on time, and was very professional and thorough in his examination of the house. He took the time to explain his estimate and explained to me the fact that the old skylights would likely deteriorate in the next several years. After hearing this I called some of the contractors I had met with previously and asked them about my skylights. They explained that yes they would likely deteriorate in the next several years, but qualified their answers with the fact that many people chose to install skylights at a later time. This is just an illustration of how "up-front" Julio was with his answers. His estimate for the project was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Julio's crew showed up on time, and were very professional and neat. They tore off the old roof and replaced the 2 skylights with absolutely no issues. After the new roof was installed they replaced the old gutters and downspouts, with once again no issues whatsoever. The entire job was completed in 2 days and the clean up of my property was unbelievable. There was not a speck of material or any nails left in the yard. It was as if no one had ever been there. I can't say enough about the job that All Over Exterior Remodeling did. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Julio is one of the most meticulous and honest contractors I have ever dealt with.

The job went very wall overall and the final product looks good. Along the way we had an issue with the siding material supplied by the lumber yard and Julio was very helpful in getting the defective materials replaced. Julio's team does a quality job at a fair price and he is a trustworthy contractor who will take the necessary steps to get the job done well. I would recommend.

Julio did another excellent job for us. We had previously hired him to replace our entire roof, and we were very satisfied with that project. We then decided that the siding on the house needed to be replaced, and we knew that Julio was the right person for the job. As with the roof, Julio's team was professional, courteous, timely, and did a wonderful job. The final job looks beautiful and has held up perfectly through a couple of storms. We highly recommend him and his company.

Julio of All Over Exterior Remodeling claims he is not a good salesman but he is wrong. He combines a strong knowledge of the roofing business with good listening skills and a desire to delight his customers. His prices are competitive. I talked to several roofers with outstanding Angie?s list reviews before selecting Julio and his team. Even though every other roofer I talked to had first rate reviews and seemed to be able to do the job well, there was always a few people who noted they were dissatisfied for one reason or another on Angie?s List. I was impressed when I talked to Julio but was even more impressed because out of over 50 reviews on Angie?s List, he received an overall rating of A from everyone who reviewed him except for 2 people. Both of those people gave him a B and one of those people only got an estimate from him without having the work done. We put an extension onto our den about 20 years ago which leaked on the rare occasions when a heavy rain combined with heavy winds from a certain direction. Over the years we had several contractors try without success to solve the leak. When Julio took off the existing roof, he discovered the source of the problem which was pretty far away from where the leak had been coming into our den. We had 2 layers of roofing taken off and a new roof put on. Additionally we replaced our old gutters with seamless gutters. He and his team of hardworking professionals showed up and finished when they said they would show up and finish. They were diligent in cleaning up. It took two full days to do the job. After the work was done, we discovered a couple of minor flaws which Julio promptly had fixed. We are delighted with the work Julio did and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Picked Julio after interviewing about 5-7 reputed roofers in the area (all screened thru angies). Julio showed up on time for the appointment. We reviewed the project together in detail. He explained all the roofing components, their purpose, alternatives/options for each component. I had many questions for him about material, approach, warranties, his crew and he answered all of them to my satisfactions. In addition to roofing, I had some work related to soffits and fascia boards for which Julio provided most comprehensive approach and was able to provide with aluminum soffits when most of the other roofers were pushing me for vinyl (which wouldn't have matched with the rest of the soffits). Most of other roofers told me to tackle the carpenter bee problem by replacing the fascia board, but only Julio suggested a proper way to 'seal' the gap between the fascia and siding which will eliminate the problem. I chose Julio for my roof project based on his knowledge about roofing/sidings, punctuality, and honesty. We picked a date, his crew and foreman showed 'BEFORE' time and started with all the prep. Julio was present on the job site which was a crucial factor for me - many a times you talk to different person for your work/estimates and things get lost in translation when its time for actual work. Having Julio present during the work avoids any such issues. It's a big roof (40 squares) and took them 1.5 days to complete the job. Weeks after the job, it was raining and I heard water drip noises from my microwave vent (which goes to the roof). I didnt see any water though! Called Julio and he said it was just the 'sound' of water hitting the vent traveling down thru the vent pipe. Still I insisted him to come and take a look, he came a few days later and we confirmed that was the case. Originally it was a plastic vent cover hence I never had that noise before. He put a cover over the vent and no more noise since!! Finally I would say, I TRUST this guy to do the RIGHT THING!! Julio and team - CHEERS GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! :) (PS - I find his prices to be fair and in the same ball park as others I interviewed, and he wont nickle and dime you over small unexpected things that come up during the project.)

After two years of researching for a contractor to perform my new vinyl siding job on my home, we selected All Over Exterior. We had a short list, and after several interviews and price quotes, we hired All Over Exterior. I spoke to the owner Julio, who was very easy to reach by phone. He seemed very personable when I spoke with him. He asked me what work was required and we scheduled an appointment. We liked the fact that he was available to provide a quote on Saturdays because the last thing I want is to take off a day of work to merely meet with someone for a quote. When providing the quote, Julio was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He never tried to force a particular product or service, and seemed to offer a better job (and materials) as compared to others. His price was competitive. We pretty much knew what we wanted but Julio did suggest a couple of details which I am glad we accepted. We did need to complete a couple of other projects before my siding was to be installed, and Julio was flexible with scheduling the project in the near future. We set a date. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to postpone the date, and Julio was again flexible, which we appreciated. When the date came, the crew arrived at 7:45am and began the job. Julio or the Manager were on site nearly all of the time, which I think is critical on the first day. From the first interview to the last day of the project, All Over was always responsive. Julio or Wagner would always promptly return any calls to discuss any issue I may have had. All of the crew were friendly and accommodating. Before the crew left, Julio asked me to review the job several times and let him know if there was anything that was not performed to our satisfaction. My house looks even more incredible than I could have imagined. Overall, we found All Over Exterior to be knowledgeable about the work they performed; they did not cut corners or try to sell us more than what was required based upon our needs. Julio was always responsive to the customer, and very flexible in scheduling. I like the fact they have Saturday hours.

Julio told me the team would arrive at 7:30am, and they did. They let me know they were here. They used protective covers to protect the plants and yard. Julio stopped by 2 times during the day to check the teams work. When the work was complete we walked the house with Wagnor and the crew clean up as if they were never here. We have more exterior work needed and plan on calling Julio when we are ready.

Allover Exterior was not the cheapest and not the most expensive either but their team did an excellent quality work. Julio was professional and responsive and we would look to them, again, for a future need. He is a likeable, honest, easy-going guy who stands behind his work. He deivered according to contract, GAF HD lifetime shingles and all GAF accessories - no corner cutting. In fact he saved me money by reusing the gutters and covers as they were in good condition.

We met with Julio and we I have to say, we enjoyed working with him. He was easy to work with and very responsive to calls and questions. He explained everything and his paperwork explained clearly what was to be done. He showed up on time every single time, which is a big thing for me. The installation took a day (about 7:30ish to about 4ish) even though they had to remove two layers of previous roof. Clean up was thorough and made sure even to look over on the neighbors yards. A very well organized company and his workers seem to know exactly what to do. He has even called to make sure that we recieved the warranty for the roof. I would HIGHLY recommend Julio and his team.
