Julio's crew arrived on time at 7:30AM. The old roof was taken down within about two hours. Three panels of rot wood panels were replaced with new boards. A new ridge vent was put in along with the new roof. The clean up was thoroughly done and everything was put back in place by 3PM. The end result looked excellent and I would highly recommend All Over to anyone who needs a new roof.

Julio and his team did an excellent job. The particular roof and skylight had given me a lot of problems ever since I owned the house. The pitch is not steep. Snow collects in the winter. I already had it fixed by a reputable roofer about 5 years prior (and 10 years before that) and it recently started leaking again every time it rained. It got to the point where I was considering having the skylight removed. Julio removed the old torch down roof (and several layers underneath it. Put down a layer of insulation. Originally specs were a half inch thick, but due to the southern exposure and the fact that the room below gets hot, I requested one inch insulation and Julio agreed, He put down seamless EPDM rubber membrane in its place. Replaced the skylight. He guaranteed the work for 10 years. The cost was a little higher than I was hoping to pay, and higher than a couple of other quotes I got, but I was sold on the membrane due to the past history of leaks. I did not want to deal with this again in another 5 years. The new skylight was so clear it looked at first light it wasn't there. The first real test came recently when it rained a good 2 inches over night. No drips. Worth every penny if it holds up.

Julio and his crew did an excellent job on our roof, and we are very pleased. Still waiting though for paperwork on our roof to be mailed to us, otherwise great job! Crew was polite and professional at all times, which is so important. So far roof shows no leaks, or issues, hopefully that will be the case in the cold winter too.

Excellent service. I was explained about whole process when owner visited my place. We scheduled a day for work and everyone was on time. Crew was polite and did their job quietly. They cleaned whole area and are very responsive. Owner is very prompt and replies quickly. Highly Recommended!

I read the Angie's List reviews for whatever type of provider I need.When I researched siding companies I felt the clear top choice was All Over.I made an appointment with the owner,Julio Checon.Julio came to my house.My wife and I discussed with Julio what we wanted done.Julio laid out all our options without any pressure.There was no high pressure sales pitch.Julio appeared to be a man of character.We found he is a man of character.We signed the contract.The job was scheduled for the date we needed.His men are all experienced hard workers who know what they need to do and how to best accomplish it.When the inevitable unforeseen problems popped up,they were handled.If we were't completely happy with some small detail,it was remedied quickly.We feel that we got a lot for our money.Our house was built in 1969.It looked 1969.Now it looks like a new house.Julio and his company made our vision of how we wanted our house to look happen.We highly recommend Julio Checon's All Over Exterior Remodeling and would use again.

I found this company on Angie's List and gave them a call due to their excellent reviews. In the end, Julio and the rest of his crew were wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. I received several quotes from other roofing contractors and this company's price was not hundreds, but thousands of dollars cheaper than most. They arrived promptly for both the estimates and actual job. On the day of the job, they began working around 7:30am and were finished the same day around 4:00pm. The crew took special care to leave my yard meticulous when they left using blowers, rakes, and magnets to clean up the debris. I will definitely be recommending this company for anyone looking to invest in a new roof.

Removed old flashing which was just sitting on top of the shingles with flashing cement to hold it down. Installed new flashing partially under the shingles as it should be. Also, installed an ice shield. They did an excellent job.

I had received 3 other proposals in addition to All Over Exterior. Julio is a great guy and took his time to walk the roof and discuss the various options and recommendations with me. He had samples of all of the various roofs and gutter systems. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote that day. It was very impressive. As we all know this is a very big investment not to be taken lightly. And Julio's understands this. Julio even has a drone that he flies over the house and points out exactly what he will be doing. With regards to his scheduling and actual work he was very timely and communicated with me often. This was a large roof that had to be done in stages. We had a party at the house scheduled and was hoping that he would be done ahead of the party. Even though it rained several days he was able to still get it done and done right. Julio is a true professional that does great work and at a competitive rate. And there were no surprises which is always great. I would highly recommend Julio and his team of professionals.

I selected this provider because of the large number of good reviews. Now can see why the reviews are so good. On the day of the estimate, Julio from All Over Exterior Remodeling arrived at my home exactly when promised. (a good sign already I thought, and I was right) On the start date of the job, the work crew arrived at my home exactly on time and was prepared to start working immediately. The crew took great care not to make a mess on my yard while removing the old roof. The dumpster arrived before the crew and was already in place. The crew had a very interesting and efficient system of sliding the old roof in pieces down a large tarp protecting my home and then transferring the old roof in pieces into the waiting dumpster. The finished roof part of the job in one day. The next day, the gutters and leaders were cut and installed. I am very glad that I chose this provider. When I am ready to replace the old siding on my home, I plan to use them again. I'm a happy customer.

The roof looks great and I an very happy with the work. The best part about Julio's business was how he organizes his company to get the job done. Other times I've called contractors I would rarely hear back about estimates or have the work scheduled way too far in the timeline. Julio is always in touch on updates with the weather for the job, works quickly, and will work around your schedule as well. The price was in line with other estimates and I am happy with the work.... But the communication about the job was beyond what I experienced with other businesses. I plan on calling him back in the future.

Julio is a true professional. He's team kept to a schedule, found many issues with the previous roof and was able to repair, and even 2 1/2 years later, came to fix an issue that was caused by a 2nd storm. I gave their name to a neighbor of mine because I think they did a great job on the roof.

We had an overall positive experience with All Over Exterior. With outdoor job, the weather is a big unknown factor. Julio, the owner, does a nice job in managing scheduling. His crew started the job soon after the weather cleared up, within the targeted time line. His workers came to the job on time and were courteous. I like to understand the plan ahead of time and what the workers will be doing. Julio, was patient, in walking through the process and provided a good overview. He is also responsive to emails and calls. It is obvious that Julio takes pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend All Over to my friends.

I hired All Over Exterior Remodeling and was very happy with the professionalism, response rate and quality of work. I hired them on a Thursday and they were on my roof the following Wednesday. The entire job was completed in one day and looks great. I would definitely recommended them!

Very diligent, dedicated hard working crews. They worked 12 hour days and cleaned up at the end of each day. Workmanship was exceptional. The project started quickly and stayed on schedule even though there were a few days of rain. It was a pleasure to do business with Julio. He was very accommodating, flexible and absolutely concerned that the job was done to the customer's liking. I spent 2 years looking for the right contractor to perform upgrades on my home, many of which were recommended by Angie's List. It was a frustrating ordeal having contractor after contractor show up, give a price and I never heard from them again. I attempted to follow up and rarely got any call backs. Julio was extremely patient. We ran out of good weather in the Fall of 2014 when the Winter started early. Julio was very accommodating and agreeable to wait until the Spring of 2015. I can only provide a positive evaluation of Julio and All Over Exteriors. Get your estimates then call Julio and you will understand the difference between your typical contractor and Julio.

Were very good with the siding job. All exposed wood was covered and the job was done very well. They addressed all issues in a timely and professional manor. I requested various changes during the job and they addressed all of my requests. I am someone who wants the work to be performed at a very high standard and perfection and they were able to address all my requirements.

They did a great job replacing my roof after it was damaged by Superstorm Sandy. Quality work was completed quickly and for a fair price. One year later, a piece of the ridge cap blew off in another storm. I left a message for Julio, and by the time I came home from work, it was fixed(and he didn't even charge me). Based on that experience, it was a no brainier to ask for a bid from them when I was looking to replace my siding with Hardyplank. All Over came in with a competitive bid. They completed the job on time and even had it inspected by a representative from James Hardy, Inc. The crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up every day. We are very pleased with the work they did.

SUMMARY: Julio was dependable, patient, worked quickly, showed-up on time, did the whole job in one day (very impressive), and thoroughly cleaned up. He explained several improvements that he thought were worthwhile, but did not pressure me to take them. Highly personable and professional. DETAILS: removed existing 25 yr old shingles and installed new GAF HD shingles with ridge vent, deck armor, ice shield, drip edge, counter flashing on chimney. Julio recommended a few extras that I thought were great: new gutters and leaders (mine were sagging and nailed in rather than screwed in) Leaf Tech gutter protection (so that I don't have to clean the gutters 2x / yr), soffit vents with styrofoam baffles (old roof had no soffit ventilation). EXTRA SPECIAL, at least for me: I asked Julio if I could inspect the water damage on 11 sheets of the old plywood that he thought should be replaced. He saw that I was capable of climbing on the roof (this is not for everyone), so I saw the damage before he removed the old plywood. I also asked Julio to check the insulation between the roof and a cathedral-ceiling section of our house. His men lifted a sheet of plywood and I now know that the insulation is adequate.

My roof was leaking. Julio came and inspected my roof. He found that my attic fan was cracked and needed to be replaced. He removed the old fan and shingles and installed a new one fan. He also replaced shingles and an ice water shield. He was prompt and fair. I compared his price to several others. Another contractor tried to talk me into a new roof and Julio gave me an honest assessment of my roof. He invited me up to the roof with him so he could explain the work that was being done and why I did not need a new roof at this point. I found him patient easy to deal with. His men were courteous and skilled. I would definitely hire him again.

Julio and the crew were punctual Work was done on schedule in a quality manner at the quoted price. Cleanup was very thorough. Julio managed the project in a very professional manner. He was punctual for our appointments and was very responsive to follow up questions. He's the best contractor I have worked with.

Professional, reliable, resposnive and competent in an industry which badly needs it. The only drawback was the unfamiliarity with APA plywood bonding ratings. I would have preferred "Exterior" rated rather than "Exposure 1" rated and would have paid a modest premium for such underlayment boards.

He explained the process and when the 2nd company never showed up to provide me with an estimate decided to go with All Over Exterior Remodeling and I was glad we did. Julio came and explained the process and wrote up detailed estimate for job. He explained specifics of what needed to be done with the roof and cautioned me that when getting other estimates to be sure that the other companies were including this in. The cost was in the range that I had expected after talking to friends and I decided to go with them. Julio came back for the contract signing. 3 days after signing contract the work was done. It was held up by 1 day due to rain and the work was done on a Saturday. The workers came promptly at 7 30 and completed the work by 5 30. Everything was cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. I am completely satisfied with the work done.
