Ordered the roof tune up on Angie's list as we were having ice dam issues. They did inspections and we need a new roof. Gave us a quote and would apply the roof tune up as discount if we went forward and replaced the roof with them. They repaired some flashing around the chimney as well. They were very professional and thorough and left a complete quote. In hindsight I wish I had just asked them out for a quote on a new roof instead of wasting the money on the tune up. That was my own fault. I should have done a bit more online research about the issues I was having before hiring anyone to come out.

I reached out to Julio based on someone's recommendation. He came all the way out from Jersey to Brooklyn NY to look at the property, and he gave a detail plan of action with very reasonable price for the job. Upon agreement, the team was able to come out for the installation within the week. It was a blustery winter date, yet the roofing crew was very professional in completing the job. They removed the old roof down to the bone, replaced wooden boards as necessary, then placed new GAF HD shingles. The next day, the gutter crew was speedy and had all new gutters & leaders installed within a few hour. Julio was tentative and prompt, he made sure everything is done in a professional manner and that his customer is fully satisfied. Strongly recommend next time you need any installation or repair on roof, siding, and gutters.

I called and got an estimate from Anuar. I agreed on the price and communicated via text with Anuar. The work was completed on schedule and it looks great. I will not hesitate to use them again for future products. I highly recommend them.

AllOver Exterior Remodeling gave me an estimate on November 17, 2015. It wasn't the lowest estimate but the job was difficult because of the grade and location of neighboring houses, and we felt very comfortable with Julio. He always communicated to let me know what was going on. He sent me pictures of my roof before, during and after work was done. The Job started December 7 and took 3 days. They did great work, were always on time, and did what they said they would do. Overall I could not be happier with the work. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

The business owner, Julio was very hands-on, communicative (a text or phone call would receive a response within an hour), and knowledgeable. I initially found this company through this site and emailed Julio. He called me the next day to set up an appointment to look at my property with me for an estimate. He arrived on time, then asked a lot of questions to ensure I would get everything I wanted. He provided a quote the same day. Julio's recommendations for my property made lot of sense and seemed like the best options. For example: 1. Since some of my existing windows were old, inefficient, and had storm window coverings on them, he recommended getting them replaced (on our own) before he did any work so that he could finalize window trim and the trim size. 2. I originally wanted a smooth finish on the James Hardie siding, but he recommended the slightly textured finish instead. He told me that any variations in the existing walls would cause the siding to look more obviously wavy if we used a smooth finish siding instead of an slightly textured siding on an older house like mine. Interestingly, a couple of weeks after the job was done, another contractor worked on my fence and regretted getting a smooth finish of James Hardie siding on his own house because he experienced what Julio had described. All Over Exterior stripped and wrapped the house in about 3 days then took about 1.5 weeks to re-side. I appreciated that Julio was present during some of the time. His crew was constantly very attentive to detail. During installation, Julio recommended some changes that he thought would improve the way my house looked. I also asked him to investigate a possible existing issue on my roof and fixed it with no additional charge. In the end, I was very satisfied with how the house looked and the exacting quality of the work.

This company is top notch. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The job was scheduled promptly and completed on time as promised. The workers were skilled, hard working and knowledgeable. Working with Julia was great from beginning to end. I only wish every experience with contractors could be this good. His price was amazing. If his price wasn't so good we wouldn't have been able to afford to buy the house in the first place (we bought the house a few weeks before he installed the new roof). In fact, based on other roofers' estimates we had walked away from it and only when we got Julio's estimate did we realize we could afford to buy the house. I had a very difficult time deciding between 2 different shingle colors. Julio scoped out the neighborhood then took me to see the 2 different roofs which was so much better than looking at a shingle sample. His guys were terrific---neat, hard working and very nice. He sent a big crew each day. They came early and got an enormous amount of work done. I think they did the whole roof in 4 days. It was a very big job. The house had a cedar roof from the 1920's with 3 asphalt roofs laid on top of it. All of that had to come off, and new plywood had to be laid before the new shingles. Also, our roof line is complex which meant lots of areas where the flashing had to be replaced and lots of ice guard had to be laid down etc and there was an area where he had to cut and apply new cedar shakes to replace some old ones on a dormer. When the fascia turned out to be rotten, Julio installed new primed wood, gave us the receipt for the new wood and only charged us $300 to cover his men's labor. Very reasonable. He even installed very attractive new flashing around the chimney that wasn't in the estimate. We then hired Julio to replace the gutters which cost another $2,500. There was one spot near the front door where I could see a small gap between the house and the gutter (it is a very old house and some thing are uneven). I noticed this after they had finished the job and we'd already paid him. When I told Julio about it he send someone over to tighten a screw to take care of the gap. Julio is a genuinely nice person, a mensch. If you need a new roof I'd definitely call him.

The response time is great. Work was scheduled quickly and the team was punctual the day the work was to be performed. We had a leak in our roof caused by the chimney. They quickly scheduled us to solve the problem. Several options were given at multiple price ranges. We didn't feel pressured and they seemed honest.

My roof developed a leak and I wanted it repaired before the winter. I initially heard about All Over Exterior from the GAF site where he is listed as a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Based on numerous great reviews on Angie?s list, I decided to request a free estimate. Julio arrived on time, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain exactly what needed to be done. He provided an estimate on the spot. I got estimates from several other roofers. Julio?s estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest, but I was impressed with his knowledge and particularly with his responsiveness. He returned phone calls and emails within minutes. Other roofers I contacted took days or longer to return calls and NEVER responded to an email. They always had excuses as to why they didn?t return calls on time. Julio never needed to make an excuse ? he responded quickly and made me feel as though my questions were important to him. This is what sold me. I figure if a contractor doesn?t seem to care while he?s trying to get my business, why should I think he will be any better after contracts are signed? Once the contract was signed, Julio took care of everything including getting the town permit. The work began the following week on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The workers arrived on time. Julio was there to make sure the workers knew exactly what was expected. Except for a short lunch, they never stopped working all day long. The old roof shingles and gutters were removed and the new shingles installed all in one day. My wife and I were impressed with how clean they left the property. They left nothing behind. Every nail and every piece of shingle was picked up. They swept up the driveway to make sure everything was clean. The next day, the new gutters and gutter guards were installed. They arrived early and finished everything by early afternoon. Again, everything was left neat and clean. All in all, I am very pleased with how well the job was completed and would not hesitate to recommend All Over Exterior or to use them again when I'm ready to replace my siding.

From the very beginning this was a very pleasant and professional experience. 1. Julio responded to my initial inquiry quickly, arranged to visit my home at my convenience to review the work required. 2. He was very helpful in assisting me to determine which bad pieces really did need to be replaced and which undamaged pieces should be replied to assure symmetry and a great final presentation. 3. At no time during the discussion of work to be done did I feel pressured to add work to the project, though Julio did suggest some portions that I had overlooked that did need to be done. 4. Before he left, I had an estimate in hand that generally referenced the areas to be included in the to-be contracted work, though not exactly completely detailed. With two local references in hand, my wife and I were able to get a view of similar work he had completed within the last year and we decided to move forward. Julio returned to get the contract executed, and we reviewed the work that was going to be done to ensure that we both had the same expectations for the sections to be addressed, as the contract was not fully detailed down to each piece being replaced. We made some minor changes in what was to be done, without altering the contract. The price remained the same, and there was no up- charge for the use of my credit card to handle the deposit no forr the final payment later. Julio was prepared to move forward later in the week, and we were quite happy his team arrived as promised two days later. While most of the time work was being done, Julio was not at our site; he did visit once or twice a day and was always accessible by cell phone, day or night. His foreman was easy to talk to, and any issues I addressed with him were either taken care of or deferred to Julio for prompt resolution. I was fully confident that I was getting the good work that I expected throughout the job, and at no time did I see any attempts to cut corners or hide any less than satisfactory work. Each time Julio was on site he would inspect the work and direct his crew to take care of anything that was not up to his find standards wither it be related to the work on the house, the clean up, or any other matter. The work was estimated to take 3 1/2 to 4 days; in the end it took an extra day to address one fit/finish piece and miscellaneous final check items ,though this final day did not require the full crew. On two days, I had to leave the house prior to the completion of the day's work and I had full confidence that the crew would close the garage (needed for access to power) when they left. They did. The work quality was excellent, the people were excellent, and things went as expected. Any issues I had were addressed immediately, and all the contractor personnel were polite and never gave me any trouble whatsoever. At the end of each day, sufficient clean up was done to ensure the driveway, walkway, and yard were safe for people and cars, as appropriate. I cannot express my gratitude to Julio and his team for a very pleasant home improvement experience, on time, on budget, and in keeping with the expectations of results that my wife and I had. We would definitely call Julio next time we contemplate any additional work in his areas of expertise. Julio first came over in the spring to talk about my roof and the possibilities for my house. The project started with the roof but I decided it was also a good time to do the siding and replace some windows. Of course, then it seemed like a good time to add new windows as well! I had called him a few times to come over and he was quick to arrange a time to meet each time. When decision time came, I had a couple of bids from people who specialized in Hardie and opted to use Julio's team. His price was significantly better than the others I received, and after surveying some other jobs in person I was convinced he could do the job. We started with the roof which was done in 2 days. The team was spectacular and I'm sure the roof will last for a very long time. The siding crew came to take the old siding down and covered the house with Hardie Wrap. Then we worked on replacement windows - Julio helped during the sizing process with the building supply company and his crew did a great job, all the way down to the interior trim being replaced. The Hardie Plank is a great product. It takes time and care to install correctly. The crew took their time and the end result looks incredible. Hardie sent a representative halfway through who commended them on the quality of their work. The windows are all trimmed out in Azek with beautiful crown molding. Now I have the best house on the block! The gutters are in place with leafguard and now I don't have to worry about clogs anymore. Worth every penny! The biggest factor that made working with All Over great was the professionalism. I don't know what I don't know. I rely heavily on contractors to make recommendations and give me options. Julio was great at showing me other projects and making those recommendations. His workers on scene would show pictures on their phones of past projects which made it much easier when making decisions. Trust him - he knows what he's doing!

Anuar (foreman) came and gave a detailed estimate. When we decided to proceed with the roof replacement, he took care of all the details i.e. permit, dumpster, color etc. His men showed up when they promised and finished when they promised. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The dumpster damaged my garage door and Julio (owner) promised to get it fixed. The dumpster company was very apologetic, but in the end replaced my garage door as good as new. Everyone involved was trustworthy and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Julio came promptly to make an estimate, where he explained the details clearly. He delivered on time as promised. When a follow-up issue arose, he accomplished that promptly and was pleasant and cordial throughout. Highest marks for excellent work.

Julio was prompt with appointments, start dates, and end dates. The dumpsters arrived on time, and were picked up after The job promptly. The team was polite, hard working and good guys.

When you need any roofing, siding or other exterior work--This is the contractor to use !!!!! When the owner Julio came over to look at the project, in five minutes I knew this was the contractor. Julio was friendly, knowledgeable, and clear about what had to be done to do the job properly. I am a retired interior remodeling contractor myself and I can assure you that recognizing good tradesmen is second nature. Especially one carpenter who moved like lightning and remedied a difficult structural repair on the old house roof. I had several shingles missing on my roof. This was the main reason for me reaching out to All Over. Julio was very prompt and I was easily able to explain to him what I needed. At present time, I am in florida and had all communication via phone. Julio was very responsible and went to inspect the roof without me being present at the work site. He reviewed the roof and identified shingles that needed to be replaced and the ones that needed to be repaired. Additionally, he also checked the pipes and gutters and repaired them as appropriate without charging me additional for it. This I thought was very nice of him. Finally, he was trustworthy and easy to work with. He communicated effectively via text messaging and kept me abreast of all the progress made on the house. They did a great job. They are coming back to pick up a few things but the cleaned up very well.

The person was on time and very nice. He took photos with his phone of the issues that came up and made the necessary repairs. We would use this company again.

Julio and his team replaced all the flat roof on the house we just bought. There was some rotted wood under the roof, so they replaced that as well, and even though he had to buy more materials than expected, he only charged us the price he originally quoted. Recently we had some serious, heavy rains, and there's not a drip or water stain anywhere!

Julio and his team were the best group of contractors I've ever had do work for me!!!They were amazing!!!! Not only did they do a PERFECT job but they were also extremely courteous and conscientious,Very detail oriented. They did the whole job in a day and a half, I luv my new roof, don't hesitate to use them, they were wonderful!!!

Fantastic. Julio and his men were great. Showed up when scheduled. Men work very hard and 6 days a week. Julio kept me advised of what was going to happen, scheduling. Julio made some great recommendations for putting wide corners and accent pieces to make the house look great. Men are very professional and make sure things are done correct the first time. I had received 3 other estimates from very good companies but felt that Julio had some good suggestions and recommendations. All Over was in the middle of the four estimates and I am very pleased I went with All Over. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job. His team listened, understood the problem, made the correct diagnosis and then fixed it properly. I had previously engaged one of the other A-rated roofers on this list who failed to correctly find or resolve the issue. That was a waste of time and money. I highly recommend the team from All Over Exterior. They are fast, courteous, professional and did the job correctly.
