Thank Goodness for Angie's List...we picked this particular firm because of their positive reviews and we weren't disappointed. We can' t say enough about the efficiency and great quality of the work that Julio and his crew performed. They got the job done in a little more than one day and cleaned up the area extremely well. The price was fair and his crew labored in the hot 90 plus degree weather cheerfully and quickly. His crew of 5 men each had their own sector of the front and back roof and worked independently and together depending upon what they were doing. The Ice Dam prevention strips under the roof will be a welcome relief once the winter comes. His crew also removed an old attic fan that stopped working and older ventilation caps popular 30 years ago. The ventilation on the newer roofs span the entire length of the peak which prevents unwanted wasps and bees from nesting under the old ventilation caps. The old thin plywood was replaced with brand new 1/2 inch rigid plywood which can better hold the weight of the upgraded shingles we bought. His crew and how they work together cheerfully and efficiently says a lot about his management skills and is a testimony to hiring a company that has happy and content workers who like the boss. His workers arrived exactly on time each day and worked tirelessly until very late in the day.

The team did a professional job and finished everything within one day. I was happy with the new roof and new skylights.

In search of a good roofer, All-Over Exterior Remodeling was strongly recommended to us by a friend. We weren't disappointed. Work began within a week of contract signing and roof and gutters were installed over a two-day period. Cleanup was thorough. Based on the estimates we received, All-Over pricing is more than competitive.

Excellent. I got a few prices but I liked Julio best, mostly because he follows up and was professional and communicated well. They did the job in one day. It was scheduled to rain so they had a plan to do it in sections and continue later if needed, but it didn't, so they did roof, gutters, leaders all in one day even though it meant they were from 7am to 7pm. Good communication throughout and no surprises. They cleaned up very well (magnet cleanup) and they were very thorough. Would absolutely recommend them.

Julio (owner) was so respectful and provided a thorough quote for a medium sized roof job. His price was very reasonable; he and his crew were very respectful. He even removed his shoes before coming in my house! His team did an excellent job on my roof - replacing siding and shingles on our dormers. Julio explained the extra steps he took to ensure the leak wouldn't happen and even added new insulation. The other vendor I quoted was $500 HIGHER and didn't mention anything about needing/adding new insulation. Great job Julio - I highly recommend them AND I will use them again!

We suddenly noticed a wet spot on one of our bathroom ceilings. After some investigation, it appears that a raccoon or other animal ripped the attic fan off from the top of our roof (what?!), leaving a hole. We had been talking about replacing our original 26-year-old roof, but this problem made the decision critical, since we were about to have thunderstorms. We were able to jury-rig something temporarily to cover the hole. In the evening, I purchased an Angie's List deal with All Over Exterior Remodeling for GAF Timberline HD Architectural Shingles. Luciano contacted me immediately to say he would call the next day, which he did. He was amazing to work with. He brought samples of the roofing shingles so we could see the texture and all of the color options, and laid out the different GAF warranty options and roof deck protection. He honestly answered all of our questions without any high-pressure sales tactics. We decided to use ridge-vents instead of another attic fan as well as the Deck-Armor Premium Breathable Roof Deck Protection. The Deck-Armor is light blue in color, and we have already noticed that the house in cooler between the Deck-Armor and the ridge-vent system. We purchased the Golden Pledge warranty because of its superior coverage (and peace of mind). We decided to replace the gutters at the same time as the roof, to prevent any possible shingle damage by installing gutters later on down the road. The roofing crew did an amazing job. They arrived early in the morning and stayed until the roof was replaced. They used giant mesh nets to catch the falling debris (and protect your plants and any outdoor equipment or furniture) during the tear-down. During the tear-down, they discovered that 16 of our plywood sheets were damaged and had to be replaced. We were lucky that we didn't have more interior damage. I don't want to think about what could have happened if we had tried to make it through another winter without replacing the roof. When they were finished, they used a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails on the ground. After they had left, you couldn't even tell that they had been there - the clean-up was that good. The next day, the gutter crew came out. We found one section of rotted wood that needed to be replaced before the gutters could be nailed up. They did a good job installing the gutters, but were not as meticulous as the roofing crew. They installed everything except the one bad section, because their crew didn't have the materials to replace the wood. They cut the remaining gutter to size and left it behind. They called Luciano, and he and one of his guys came out the following day to replace the damaged section and put up the last gutter section. Also, two days after the job was finished, we had a severe thunderstorm, and lightning hit a cable on the side of our house and destroyed some of our electronics! I asked Luciano if he could take another look at the roof, to make sure that nothing was damaged from the storm. He came out the next day and took pictures to show me that all of his work was still intact. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement. You'll get quality workmanship with exceptional attention to detail, he always answers his phone, and he will always make himself available if you have any questions or concerns.

I have had a leaky roof on the back room of my home in Clark for many years, mostly when there were storms from the northeast. I had the roofing replaced three times in that time span, but the roof continued to leak. I called All Over based upon the excellent ratings and on the advice of a friend in Cranford who said they did excellent work. When Julio came over to give me an estimate he noted that the problem with the roof was that it was improperly pitched when it was built. He recommended that the roofing be replaced with a membrane just like a flat roof would be treated. I also asked them to replace the leaky flat skylight with a domed one. The workmen showed up on time and were courteous and efficient. They completed the entire job in one day and cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know that they were there. We have had several severe downpours in the past few weeks and the room has remained dry. I highly recommend All Over and in fact I will be calling Julio again to have some additional work done on my gutters.

Julio and his crew did a fantastic job! They were very skillful in coming up with a solution on how to protect a window and door with decorative trim. They answered any of our questions about the job and Julio made sure we were satisfied with the work. They arrived on time, finished the job on time and did a great clean up of materials around the property. I would definitely recommend them if you are siding your house.

Julio was excellent to work with. Extremely communicative (which for me is paramount) in both getting back to us and explaining the work being done. We had a gap between our gutters & the end of the roof where critters could potentially get in. After getting several estimates we went with Julios because he seemed to do the work that solved the problem, rather than try to sell us gutter protection or things that mask the problem. Was a pleasure to work with and his foreman was excellent as well.

Julio and his crew made the repairs in one day. He was very accommodating with my schedule and did a great job with the quality of the install. On the day of the install, the crew arrived and started ripping off the old insulation. In the middle of the install, a thunderstorm hit. The crew was quick on their feet and protected the window and continued the install. After the window was in, the siding was quick to come together. The end result looked great.

The owner Julio took the time to inspect the old roof and clearly explained what was included in the job. He notified a couple days and the day before the job. His team showed up on time and finished what they've promised in 2 days. They protected the shrubs around the house and did a good job cleaning up afterward. They kept me informed throughout the job and I could not be any happier with the results. we had a major down pour over the weekend and everything appeared to be fine and I just received the final approval from the county this afternoon.

I worked directly with Julio. He was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. The team came early in the morning. They were fast, professional and efficient. They did a quality job at a very reasonable price!! The original install date was compromised due to mother nature (ie rain). We had to move our original Friday install date to Sunday in order to squeeze it into the schedule. The team of workers needed a small bit of oversight during the day; however they worked very hard and were very efficient. They even went out of their way to fix some loose siding panels I had on the side of my house. It was a minor job and not in the contract but Julio and the team took care of it at additional charge. There was a lot of debris due to the nature of the job; however the cleanup was good and the team was diligent. They used a nail magnet to remove loose nails on my grass and backyard. For the most part the house was clean of debris when they left. I had to do some minor cleanup afterwards but no complaints. They did a very good job!! I highly recommend Julio and his team for all roofing, shingles projects. Julio and the team were punctual, professional. They delivered quality work at a very good price!!

Luciano was in communication with me throughout the project. He provided the right approach I believe by adding suffit vents. My house was 1972 construction and it did not have suffit vents. Other 2 contracts gave estimate without offering to do suffit vent. One of them recommends ridge vents and leave existing roof vent on. Another recommends keeping roof vent and doing without ridge vent at all. Considering unsatisfactory temperature in my second floor and black strips in underside wood in the attic, I went for the complete solution. Boy, I am pleasantly satisfied. Luciano and team did work in one day. Julio also stopped by during the day. They installed baffles in attic a few days after I removed old insulation myself -- I put in new insulation afterwards. I am also happy that they did a thorough clean up. I only found a rare few pieces during my own walk around. I replaced the gutter next day and gutter guys left more pieces on the ground than roofers. Luciano said my siding is in good condition and will not need replacement in a few years. If I do, I will go with them again.

I Had contacted several roofers for an estimate. All Over Exterior remodeling not only came in with the best price , but was by far the most professional. Julio Checon came to my house on time and provided written quote with all the particulars.Within two days of my acceptance he was at my home with 7 installers and had the roof stripped and installed with new shingle in 7 hours. The worker were all hard working and neat. They cleaned up and put all the patio furniture back in the exact spot it was moved from. I highly recommend Julio and will definitely use his services in the future for my home improvement.

He concluded that the roof shingles were fine and provided an estimate on the spot. He displayed familiarity with working with insurance companies and understood the process. The estimate was fair and reasonable, falling within the insurance adjuster's claim reimbursement. Prior to hiring All Over Exterior Remodeling, Julio answered our questions to our satisfaction. Julio's team was reliable and showed up on time. Day 1 was demolition (removal of the damaged siding and gutters) + replace some siding . Day 2, he brought in a gutter company to install the seamless gutters and his guys completed the siding. Additionally, we had some lights on the side of the house that were damaged by the fallen tree so the guys installed new light fixtures. Julio stayed on top of everything and oversaw the gutter company who returned on Day 3 to install a gutter connector that they did not have on hand the previous day. In conclusion, Julio was great to work with. He followed through, addressed our concerns, and completed job as promised.

It went very well. Julio the owner was very patient and professional. Price was almost too good to be true...but his team did an amazing job and they cleaned up so well you couldnt even tell they were there. I would definitely recommend and I already have. I have had horrible experiences with other contractors but Allover were true to their word and completed the job exactly when they said they would. Cant go wrong with these guys!!!

Julio and his team at All Over Exterior are outstanding. I hired them for replacing roof, gutters and some other exterior work. The quality of their work, responsiveness, attention to details and their professionalism makes them exceptional. I started the search for contractors here at Angies list and went over many reviews. It was a difficult decision - there are many contractors with excellent ratings and this seems to be a competitive space. In the end, I selected "All Over Exterior" over other top rated contractors as "All Over Exterior" were rated consistently high in reviews and their pricing was competitive. Lastly but by no means any less important - Julio was excellent to work with. He returned my call the same day I called, visited my house the following day and explained the roof replacement process to me. He also recommended other repairs. At no point, did I feel I was in a forced sell or was coerced into something not required. He helped us select a roof color and upon my signing contract, his team was ready to start work within 2 days. All Over Exterior team were organized, meticulous and kept me informed on the progress by sending me pictures. Julio and his team seem to take a lot of pride in their work and go to every extent possible to leave a positive impression. Their work was done over two days - Each day before leaving they ensured the area was cleaned up and they walked me through their work and ensured that I was satisfied with the work done. Besides all of this, All Over Exterior is a GAF Certified Elite Roofer - one of only a few around - They offer competitive warranty and their excellent workmanship absolutely shows in their work. We love our new roof and are extremely happy with the work done by Julio and his team at "All Over Exterior".

Julio is a pleasure to do business with. He responded to my call within 2 business days and asked what the issue was. I explained what my symptoms were - water stains around the pipes in the attic and incidents of ceiling damage after heavy rains. He asked when I could meet him at the house. Since I was not going up on the roof with him, I suggested he could come at a prearranged time and I would have security let him in. He came the next morning and explained that the caps and flashing around the vent pipes needed repair. Since same work was supposed to be fixed as a condition of my purchase of the home 5 years earlier and closed in the dead of January, I knew he was spot on as I always suspected the work had not been done, or, at least not done has completely as It should have been. He told me he could get a crew down from Teaneck later that day and have the work completed by 5 pm. I told him he had a deal if he took pictures of each major step of the work so I could actually see what was being performed. He agreed, and within 3 hours I started getting texts and pictures of his teams progress. The work was done exactly as he described on a roof that could be a ski jump, He let me know when he was done. I should probably mention I offered him a credit card before he started and he said just send me a check when the work was completed. The check was sent that night. Coincidentally, we had a significant rain and wind storm the next couple of days after he finished and everything was dry and in good order. He is a rare find: punctual, knowledgable and did what he said he was going to do, how and when he described it! On more than one occasion I have called trades people from Agies List and either not received a call back or did receive a call weeks (not days) later. Thank You Julio!!

Looked for a while and interviewed few roofers. All over came, gave me estimate, we agreed to use the special liner instead of the tarp paper and since I did not need a chimney flashing we were able to adjust pricing. They also installed attic fan as well. Very professional honest and flexible. The actual install was quick, one day. About 6 month later I called all over since I had water going over the gutter and I thought I was after the roof install. Thy came next day, climbed up, allowed me to clime and showed me my gutters where clogged. A+++ for standing behind your work.

All Over was responsive and took on a job that other roofers were hesitant to do. They came out and inspected the leak and explained their assessment, then laid out a plan and a cost. Once we agreed, they kept me informed until the skylight came in and then they came out and did the work in an afternoon. Plenty of snow and rain since and no problems.
