J J Hare Construction is a second generation company specializing in masonry and foundation repair. There is no job too big or too small for us. We have repaired small sections of 8 ft residential masonry foundation all the way up to 30 ft walls of commercial structures with 100s of feet of damage. If you have been advised to demolish all or part of a masonry structure and rebuild from scratch, we highly recommend you give us a call!!! We might be able to repair what the competition claimed to be unsalvageable. We do not subcontract any of our work out. We prefer to know that all our employees are trustworthy and knowledgeable. !!Promotion!! Since we are brand knew to Angie's List we will give a 15% discount on the first contract which leaves us a review here on Angie's List. Our standard contract requires 20% of overall cost be made as a down payment. This 20% is used to cover purchase of materials and for the first portion of payroll. Full payment is required within 10 days of final inspection. We do offer alternatives to our standard contract in the form of payment plans. These alternative contracts do require a credit check. For contracts over $10,000 we require that payment installations be made after certain key inspections. These payments will only be required after these inspections are passed with flying colors. For example, we may require a payment after the reinforcing is installed inside a block wall and the reinforcing has passed inspection (with flying colors).
