To (Homeowner) I would like to take this opportunity to apologize after careful investigation on this matter I found one missed call from you. This missed call should have been returned but our records show that it was not. For this over sight we are so very sorry and we have no excuse. We at Gutter Giants pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the business. Our reviews over the past 3 years shows this to be true. We have a system for returning and following up on phone call that works very well, however like everything it's not perfect. I personally check all phone records for the last 3 months from my office line to my cell phone to the web site phone line and found no other calls or messages from you. I find that a lot of time home owners call several different gutter companies and lose track of who they called and how many times they left messages. There are times that the initial call is missed and not returned. We don't like when this happens but it's very rare that a second attempt is missed. We are so very sorry that we were not able to meet your guttering needs and that this error up set you that much. If given an opportunity to correct the error i'm certain you would be more then pleased with our company.
