The roofing guys came out to replace the shed roof and had it completed in less than 2 hours. The next day they came out to do the facia, soffit, and fix the window. All was completed in a few hours. They cleaned up the mess and the manager came by a few times to make sure everything was good.
I'm very pleased and will use them again in the future.

1) The person who delivered the dumpster did not want to put it in the driveway and I had to really pressure him to do it as the local township does not allow dumpsters in the street and I would have been fined.
2) When the roofers did the tear off of the old roof it was obvious they were tired and just wanted to leave so they werent; careful about throwing material in the dumpster and a number of the old metal roof was sticking up to 6' above the container edge and the container couldn't be moved like that so I and a worker had to jump into the container the following morning, in the rain, unload some material and dispose of it myself and pack down and move some of the other materials.
3) Some of my other contractors pointed out to me where, even though the job went $1,000 over the estimate because of the amount of plywood needing to be replaced, the workers had left rotted plywood in areas and just shingled over it. I called the company and they sent out the original estimator I dealt with who looked at it, and agreed, he didn't understand either why the workers would do that. So they quickly had a crew out to replace the plywood
4) During the next few weeks after the work I had to call the company to come back out two more times because of areas that were leaking
5) During a subsequent storm I found more water leaked along the second floor master bedroom roof. When the house was under contract the buyers inspector also found issues including one section where there was a large gap in the shingles, an issue with a roof flange and the previously mentioned leak.
Although every time I called they sent someone out quickly to take care of it, no questions asked, there were so many issues overall and workers had been out 3x plus the estimator once again so I just paid another $400 out of pocket to have another company come in and take care of what was needed.

Regarding the dumpster, we are not licensed to bring our dumpsters into Pennsylvania, therefore we used a very reputable company, E. S. Vile. They are familiar with the area and know the township procedures, so we had no control of where the dumpster was placed. When the roof was removed it was discovered that the plywood would need to be replaced and that turned this into a fire drill. The weather forecast was predicting rain for later in the day and you know the old saying “ haste makes waste”, while rushing to secure this home and beat the rain the crew missed 2 pieces of plywood. When it was brought to our attention we quickly corrected our oversite. We had a problem leak which took several attempts to fix, but none the less, we guarantee all of our work and material. We are a family owned and operated business and have been providing quality service to homeowners for over 32 years. Our team members are factory certified and they attend training sessions every year regarding installation and safety. We are very confident in our work and give a 10 year workmanship warranty on all shingled roofs, which gives our customers peace of mind. "After checking our records we found we were contacted by this homeowner and scheduled an appointment with her for 10/11/2013. The information on the lead stated that the estimate was for a flat roof, 1 year old and that the roof was leaking. On 10/13/13 an estimate was typed up and emailed to her to replace 2 lower flat roofs on left side of home. This is the only record we have of this address. Since receiving this review we have reached out to the homeowner to understand the circumstances she is speaking of and have not heard back from her. Trenton Roofing was very professional. They arrived early in the morning (6am) and worked continuously with minimal breaks until the job was done at 6pm. They were careful with the landscaping, avoided the glass sunroof, and picked up all the garbage leaving a clean work site. I have to compliment the crew who worked very hard in hot weather and were pleasant and willing to answer any questions that I had. Due to the size of the job the gutters were put on a week later by a subcontractor. Their work was good and I have no complaints. All in all it was an excellent job and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

The work was good, but I found a good deal of the debris on the ground and in the bushes around my home. Also they were supposed to call two days before they were coming to do the work, this did not happen. I happened to call them the day before they scheduled the work to be done. I asked when they would get to my home, the young lady did not know, but said said she would let me know. She never did.
I still would use them again, but I now know I would have to stay on top of them.
