Very professional.  Estimator was punctual and explained very well.  Actual workers were very polite and efficient.  In addition, gave suggestions for additional work.

It was an excellent experience. They gave an accurate estimate and they came out and did a great job. They finished the job in a day. Then they cleaned up everything before they left.

Both times a salesman came by to inspect the area and give an estimate. Both times the salesman was courteous and very descriptive of what was going to be done. I wasn't required to be home during either repair. For the 1st service, I also needed a roof vent replaced. The guy went with me to a nearby Home Depot to point out which one would be needed. I bought it and he installed it free of charge in addition to the work he did on the roofing and wall flashing!

I had a handyman look at the roof before the 2nd repair and I went through the details of what was needed and what the charges were. He felt the diagnosis was accurate and at a very reasonable rate. He also looked at the work afterwards and felt they did a great job.

I have already recommended them to a neighbor; they were very good and I will use them again in the future.

Woke up one morning after a storm to find a water mark on the bedroom ceiling.  Consulted Angies's List for recommendation.  Contacted Trenton Roofing & Siding, Inc.  Office staff was very cordial, an appointment was set-up for the following day for a visit to determine problem.  The representative arrived as scheduled and provided the cause of the problem and the cost to repair.  Actual work was completed as promised.  Extremely satisfied withTrenton Roofing & Siding.

They showed up 3arly and worked hard all day and cleaned up after they were finished,  One of the managers showed uop the following day to see if all went well and he examined the job again.  I am very satisfied.

I started looking into a new roof last summer - I started with a bid of $23,000 which finally came down to $19,100 then I contacted Home Depot who quoted a price of $13,000 then I contacted Trenton Roofing because of their listing on Angie's list.  As you can imagine I am most pleased with their job and Angie's List.

They were a little overpriced but they were really good. I will use them again in the future.

Trenton Roofing was the responsive and professional throughout the process. They came out right away to bid on the job. They came out promptly again when we asked for additional shingle samples to look at. The price was much lower than other quotes we got. The total for the job came out slightly less than the bid! Our re-roof was scheduled the day after the hurricane and we were shocked and surprised when the roofers arrived on time the next morning despite limited access to our neighborhood. The roofers were fast and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly.

It took a while (a couple of weeks at least) for them to come out and provide an estimate.  The Salesperson who came out was very knowledgable and very professional.  The estimate was provided by email and the estimate was thorough.  I had several questions about the estimate and it took a while and follow-up by me to get back to the salesperson for answers.  They required 50% deposit before they would schedule the job.  I sent the deposit (check), but then had to wait quite a long time, and make 2 follow-up calls to confirm receipt of the deposit, get a signed contract back from them, and get the job scheduled - they were able to schedule on a Sat however, which was convenient.  They arrived on the scheduled date as promised.  The technicians were very professional, and they made a good effort to confirm at the start that they understood what my expectations were - they had a correct work order as reference.  The work was finished quickly and I have been happy with the results so far - no leaks and the gutter-guards seem to be performing as promised - I am waiting to see if there are icing problems with the winter - allegedly there will not be any.
Do - Question them about when they will provide estimates
Don't - Expect them to meet their commitments on providing the estimate and scheduling the job - once it's scheduled it is fine
Don't - Expect to pay by CC unless you are willing to pay a premium
Do - Be willing to follow-up if you are waiting for estimates or scheduling
Don't expect them to answer the phone after about 3:00 PM - they do follow-up promptly if you leave a message

Keep in mind this is just my one experience, and may or may not be typical of other's experiences with Trenton Roofing.  They have been in business a long time locally and, based on this experience I would call them again.  I would also recommend them to others, with the caveats noted.

Do read the contract carefully.  We didn't and later realized the contractor hadn't included the garden shed in the original estimate.  This meant a slight delay as the shed had to scheduled  for a later date.

They came out with the estimate and did the work while I was not at home. The estimator and the person who did the work are both very good and I will use them again in the future.  

Their guarantee is superlative and is transferable to a new owner. If I ever need roof repairs, I will use them again.

The experience was excellent when they came to give me the estimate but they were supposed to follow up with me and they haven't. Everything was good to that point but I haven't received any follow up calls. The price seemed extremely reasonable. They were very responsive in the beginning.

The company sent out someone to do an estimate on our leaky flat roof. He came on time and gave us two estimates -- one to put a new rubber roof layer on top of the old, and one to repair the seams. Both estimates were affordable compared to an estimate we got from another company, but the other company suggested that we may have already had five or six layers on our roof, and said that we shouldn't add any more. When I called Trenton Roofing to ask them about this, the person I spoke with (not the same person who did the estimate, as he was on sick leave) sounded troubled and said he'd like to come out and do another estimate to see whether there really were that many layers. He said that there shouldn't be more than 3 layers on a flat roof. It didn't really inspire confidence that the first person to do the estimate hadn't noticed that we had so many layers. (If, indeed, the other contractor was correct!) In the end, it was taking so long to schedule anything that we decided just to do the proposed repair instead of a new layer or replacement roof -- so we didn't end up having a second estimate.

I found it very difficult to get ahold of anyone at Trenton Roofing. It seemed that unless you called first thing in the morning, the phone always went straight to voice mail, and no one called us back in response to messages we left. Also, I wasn't impressed with the way they responded to one email exchange. My boyfriend and I are co-owners of our house. My boyfriend was the one whose name was initially on the estimate and who met the Trenton Roofing rep when he came. But at one point I wanted another estimate, so I emailed the TR rep (and CC'd my boyfriend) to ask some questions and request another estimate. I assumed that the TR rep would respond to both of us. Instead, he sent a new estimate to my boyfriend's address without CC-ing or acknowledging me, and with no response to my questions. I found this unprofessional.

In spite of these issues, we went with Trenton Roofing because we were having a hard time getting estimates from other companies and their proposal for repair was affordable. A team of two people came to do the repair, and agreed to take our camera up to the roof to snap some photos of their work. They were in and out fairly quickly, in perhaps an hour. So far the roof doesn't seem to be leaking!

Mike and the office staff provided me lots of information and answered all my questions during the pre-sales process.  I interviewed 4 area contractors.  Trenton Roofing was the most responsive and also was the lowest price.

The new roof looks great, the installation was performed as promised, and the cleanup afterwards was very good.  The new roof "passed" a few rain tests. 

After I contracted with Trenton Roofing, but before my scheduled installation date, Mike arranged to have a repair team perform an emergency leak repair before Hurricane Irene arrived.  Thanks Mike, for that big help!

They recommended that we cover the items in our attic, due to dust and debris that may fall on the items.  That was excellent advice. We had a LOT of dirt to deal with in the attice, but thanks to us covering most items, clean-up was easy.  I referred them two three neighbors and all are happy with the work they performed.

Quality of service was great.   The estimate process was seamless and once we signed the contract, we were scheduled within a two week window.  Unfortunately within those two weeks Hurricane Irene hit, and the following week we also had several days of consistent rain.  Because the weather was a serious factor, we had to be rescheduled 2 times.  Each time we were contacted the day/night before with the latest schedule information.

As soon as the weather cleared, the crew was there at the precise time they said they would be.  During the roof replacement, we were gone for most of the day.  When we returned the roof looked great, and the cleanup and dumpster was taken care of as well. 

I would certainly recommend Trenton Roofing and Siding to our neighbors and friends.

Joe made an appointment to view the roof, and was very punctual.   His price quote was very reasonable  and once we agreed to have the work performed a tentative date was set.

unfortunately we had several days of rain that delayed the work but the his team came on the first sunny day to perform the work.

While I will need to wait for the next heavy rain to confirm that my leaks have been taken care of I was very pleased to have worked with Trenton Roofing and Siding.

The overall quality of work was good. Since then, we have had major thunderstorms but no water leaks. We are overall happy with the quality of work. I gave a B in punctuality as the roofers came late in spite of giving us an earlier time. They made us wait for 3 hours.

The roofers came early, tore my old leaky roof down and replaced with a new one.  Very professional.  They took picture and showed me some of the damage that had to be fixed.  Very neat.  They cleaned front and back of the house.

They fixed the areas of the roof that were partially to blame for the problem for just $175.  We have an appointment in the near future with a chimney repair company that will address the water leaks from the chimney  and the masonry. Trenton Roofing  is an  honest, dependable, and  professional  company.  I will be sure to recommend them to all my friends and family for any roof repairs or new roofing projects.
