NATIONAL AWARD WINNING POOLS & SPAS

They promised pool would be completely finished by Memorial Day (4 week process).  Well it's June 17...we have a pool with water at least.  Yard is all dirt and stone, we have to put tarp down to access the pool.  They have broken one of the skimmers, replaced it, and still is broken.  They buried the electrical ground wire, which the inspector specifically told them not to do.  They install tubes to prevent deck cracking, the bobcat driver hit just all about all of them, so they are crooked.  Contract price was $27200.  Excavator hit us for another $1800, plus other subcontractor got an additional $100 for unnecessary work.  Thankfully, my husband ran the electric & gas, otherwise we probably wouldn't have anything done.  They broke our fence and part of our driveway (which is 2 yrs old), but they are not responsible...go figure.
They show up about 2 hours a week and continuously blame the rain...it rains about 8-12 hours per week.  At this point we are withholding money, due to the above mentioned issues.  Every time we try to contact them to correct the issues, Dan (owner) gets irate and hangs up on us.  Real "Award Winning" not...do not use these people!  We are in the process of finding another contractor to finish the work. 
By the time the process is finished (patio, landscape, grass) we will be lucky if it is Labor Day...so disgusted!

We signed our contract in February and the salesperson said we'd be swimming by April.  The pool is still not done.  I would never recommend this company. 

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY AND DO HIGH QUALITY WORK. I ALSO THINK THAT THEY CHARGE A VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR WHAT THEY DO.
