Excellent professional testing.. Warren explain thoroughly the results. But Marlene the person who answered the phone was rude, was annoyed when I asked her to resend the email.. even yelled when I asked her about the tests results confidentiality.. poor representation for the excellent company.. sad..

I felt like I the company used dishonest representation to schedule the appointment. When the company called me they quoted me a price of $299.00 for a full inside and outside mole inspection with written lab testing results. The technician that inspected our home was great ... he was knowledgeable and explained the issue to us. He then handed us a brochure with the various testing options and prices which were considerably more than the price originally quoted. The technician was an independent contractor hired by the company ... I felt he was honest but the company was dishonest . Would use the independent contractor but not the company and would not recommend them.

After testing my home, they referred me to a company they own to remove the mold. They did not disclose they owned the company. I feel like I cant trust the results now. They should have been honest about the connection.

Their Mold Test Specialist, Lennin, is the reason for the 5 Star review. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough with his Job. However I am still waiting on the results and follow up from the main office...

This company was a scam. They were reported to the better business Bureau and I had the same scenario happen to me. I should have read that first, then the reviews from Home advisor. So many people have similar responses but did not realize they were scammed. When working with an independent; lab if they recommend only ONE lab you should ask for others. This one lab they referred me to (BioCide) and the interpretation of the results this company told me were Fraudulent. I was told the results were high and needed remediation. I called another lab (Iris) and spoke to them over the phone about the results and was told they were harmless molds and within normal, good range . The company that I was referred to (BioCide) tried to sell me a DIY kit. You CANNOT DIY a mold remediation and not remove the source of mold or clean that source of mold. The reason that company is SO much cheaper than other remediation is because they do not have the correct cleanup. Very disappointed that homeadvisor has them so Highly recommended.

Technical proficiency and candor was outstanding . I strongly recommend their services .

So far, I do not have any negative to say about this company. Still waiting on my final report which should arrive between two to three weeks after inspection date. I think the fee they charge is fair.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

GREAT COMPANY!!!

Was quoted at $199.99 but ended up paying a lot more. I felt like I overpaid.

It is taking 10 days to receive the report when other companies say it should only take 2 or 3. I paid by check and the tech could not give me a receipt! He had to call the main co. and figure out how to give me one. It would have been very simple to just write out a receipt but nooooo. They emailed me one. I just was not impressed with the company.

These guys are pro's from the word GO! They answered every question we had. And offered us additional testing for mycotoxins and bacteria. Great job!
