You can get in and out completely. They don't recommend services you don't need. They might suggest a few services but you choose what you want to get done.

**This is for the service department only**
I was really disappointed in my experience with the service department. When I booked the appointment, the receptionist couldn't even tell me if a coupon I had received in the mail was applicable to the service I was requesting (oil change and transmission fluid change). I wasn't surprised when the service center recommended an additional $300.00 worth of work that needed to be done and I declined. However, I was surprised that an hour and a half after dropping off my car, my car still wasn't ready. When I inquired about the hold up, I was told that the technician who was working on my car, was taken off to service another car. The transmission fluid change hadn't even been started and it would take an hour to complete. While I do understand that emergencies happen, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I was with my toddler and it would have been really nice if someone had just poked their head in to let me know of the delay. Instead, I waited an hour and a half with a toddler just for an oil change. And although the staff, including the Assistant Manager Ryan were polite, they weren't all that helpful or sympathetic. I wasn't offered an apology or any solutions to resolve the situation. Ryan told me that the work I requested normally takes 2 hours or more. Had this been relayed to me when I booked the appointment or when I got there, I would have made different arrangements other than waiting with a cranky toddler. It's very clear that this company does not value their customers' time and although the oil change was free because I had purchased the car there, I waited an hour and a half for it and now have to schedule a new appointment to have the transmission fluid replaced. If you want time-efficient service or good communication, this is not the place to go.
