It went excellently! Cynthia has been so communicative, kind, and fair with pricing. Her team did such an amazing and thorough job in my home - It feels so much cleaner, my allergies improved immediately from her team dusting. I am so pleased with the service. I wish there were a grade higher than an A to offer Cynthia and her team. With the pandemic still in full swing, and the stress of a move looming, we knew we needed to hire someone to clean our new apartment top to bottom. The attention to detail offered by Brite White is beyond compare. The previous occupant had cats and originally, you could smell that the moment you walked in. After this cleaning, you'd never know an animal had ever been here. If you are trying to decide who should clean your home, look no further.

Strongly would not recommend: newly laid laminate floors scratched and now cracking when you walk whicb didnt happen before, crumbs in and on the stove, they moved the fridge scratching the floors further, window sills not wiped down, bathroom vanity not wiped down. Tried to say they didn't move the fridge but it was moved so kuch that it actually blocked the light switches so it was easy to tell. Paid $130 for a deep clean and they took no responsibility when confronted. They tried to say the scratches were under dirt and just not noticed before. Protect your home and don't hire!

"this customer is not telling the truth about her services. When the job was completed she walked the house and said everything was great. The apartment was empty. The bathroom tub is very old and needed to be redone we could only do what we could. The window ceil was painted without being cleaned and the dirty could not be removed. The customer was told if there was any problems that we would come back and resolve it."

Cynthia’s team was great! I work out of state and my home was closed up for 5 months. I am on my way out of town again so I didn’t have time to clean myself. I decided to hire a cleaning service so I could get other things done. Her team was very thorough. Dust had built up and my floors were gross needless to say. I am bringing them back to clean twice a month so my husband doesn’t have to worry about it. I recommend Brite White for all your cleaning services!

Cynthia and her team are AMAZING!!!! Cynthia came to the house to discuss what I wanted done and to give me a quote, which was extremely reasonable for a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house. She is extremely professional and answered all questions that I had in a timely fashion; and always kept the lines of communication open. Her team arrived earlier than anticipated, and were there about 3-4 hours. When I arrived home from work, I was beyond pleased with the work that the ladies did and I have to say it was money well spent. They left my house sparkling like you see in the cleaning commercials on TV...LOL LOL!! I couldn’t be happier with their services and I will definitely be using them again.

Cynthia and the team were great. She first came to my house to give me a quote and then the following week came to clean the house. There were 4-5 girls all cleaning and took about 4 hours. They listened to everything I wanted and asked me if everything looked fine. If something needed more cleaning, Cynthia was super understanding and cleaned it. There was a storage area that needed to be cleaned which was not included in the estimate which I was not aware of which cost me an additional $100 which is why I found the price to be a little bit higher than I would've liked. I still would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!

Brite White is a professional, honest, reliable, meticulous cleaning service. Cynthia is simply remarkable, caring for my 91 year old mother like her own. Having never met her, and working just off Angie’s List reviews, I called on a weekend night at 9:00. She answered and by Tuesday this overwhelming job was complete. My dear, elderly mother will be returning home after a hospital stay to a shining, healthy home. Thanks Cynthia, you were sent from heaven, for sure.

The Britw White team did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning our 4 bed, 3 bath house. The deep clean left the house sparkling and the every other weekly cleaning have been equally thorough. Communication has been clear and simple from the start and pricing has been fair. Would certainly recommend!
