Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technicians came out on time. They were courteous and explained the process. However they mentioned that with the Deal I had purchased they would use low power machine and that may not clean my vents very well since they were dirty. In order to use powerful suction they charged me extra. My only problem with this was they should mentioned in the Deal that this can be used only in the cases where the ducts are regularly cleaned and maintained.
After the service was performed we noticed that they had missed 2-3 vents. We called them late night to leave a message but the owner David answered the call. The was very nice and asked to call back to schedule and appointment when they would come back and do the missed out vents. David followed up for the appointment and made sure they came in to do the work.

The people arrived on time with all the proper equipment. The job took less than an hour and the difference is AMAZING.

These guys were professionals - they checked the dryer temperature before and after the cleaning and showed a 10F difference. Most other services I have used don't do this.

It went well. I was not personally here but the installer was professional.  The unit works fine and the cost was well below what my normal HVAC company could offer.  I would recommend the offer and the provider. 

They called to make an appointment. I waited 3 weeks but it was not a rush just regular cleaning and my dryer was working fine.  I usually do it myself twice a year but I have a new dryer and the vent was attached well to both the wall and machine..  I was afraid of not attached it well.   They did not take off the entire vent, as I usually do but the one attached to the outside wall.  Cleaned it well.   No problem.  They showed up on time.  Work done fast.  I would recommend them and would use them again

A team of three workers came out. They were great. I will actually use them again. They showed up on time. They were efficient, respectful, and fast. I didn't know I was supposed to get my dryer vent cleaned every year and they encouraged me to. They did what they were supposed to do, explained to me what they were doing, and had me sign some forms. I liked them very much. I'm going to use them next year. They said they would call me the day before of which they did, but they left me a voicemail and then they just showed at my house the next day. If I wasn't at home, I would've missed that.

Two young guys showed up with a shop vacuum and a long hose.  They were polite.  Asked to use the bathroom, so a bit unprofessional, but you can't help when you bladder calls all the time.
The job was done in a rushed and less than thorough way.  They removed the dryer vent from the back and shoved the vacuum hose up the vent.  
In the past I am used to seeing some sort of a chimney sweep type tool that is run through the dryer vent to free up anything caught on the vent sides.  Followed by an air hose blow out and a vacuum clean up.  Other services I've used have also gone into my attic (where the dryer vents out on the roof line) in order to disconnect at the vent out point to ensure it is clean and clear.  None of this was done by this service.
Given i really only needed this service done for my homeowners association regulations and not due to any perceived fire risk, i was fine with the vacuum only approach for the great price of $59.  But if you have a true concern about your dryer vent safety, seek out another company who will do a complete clean like i described above.
I was also contacted day of the appointment to move the time.  I made arrangements at work to be home for the cleaning, so I was annoyed at that.  Thankfully the time was able to be shifted only 1 hour later and I could still make that work.  The workers showed up a few minutes late, but nothing unreasonable.

Fine -- nothing spectacular that I feel would set them apart from others in this space. Had to remind them to clean the dryer vent. They left a mess outside of the house from cleaning that vent -- my biggest complaint. Again, they did the job as requested and paid for, but nothing special stands out.

It went well.  The provider coordinated the visit with me and showed up timely.  3 individuals participated in the vent cleaning.  They were thorough and did the job relatively quickly.  They were pleasant and professional.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

Air duct cleaning was efficient and well done. The techs also cleaned exhaust fan in the bathroom. The owner actually came back and fixed our attic fan that was broken even though that was not part of the initial services. The owner is very friendly and a responsible business man.

Professional.  They came, they cleaned, they left.  In and out, quick and easy.  They were a pleasure to work with and didnt take up my whole day! So glad I got this coupon!
