Ken called immediately after I submitted the request, came in the next day, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher; although I finally decided rather to buy a new one instead of repair it, I can still tell Ken is very skillful and experienced in appliance repair and would like to recommend.

Prompt, almost immediate response to our service request. Knowledgeable assessment, problem solved. Dishwasher is back in service.

Ken arrived exactly on time, quickly assessed the needed repairs and called out to find the needed parts through his contacts. Unfortunately, the microwave/stove unit was 27 years old and the parts were not available. Nonetheless, I would recommend Ken for his promptness, knowledge, and professionalism.

Very pleased with the repair of my Viking Range; he found the problem and repaired the oven. Ken advised that he will have to order the parts to repair the two burners on the top left side of the stove. The igniters to them have to be replaced. I will follow up with him early next week.

Ken came out the next day after the call. He determined the problem with the stove and stated he needed to order parts. He ordered the parts, they came in the next day and Ken came back the following day and completed the project. Ken was very professional and did a wonderful job and quickly. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Kenny only pressed the reset button but did not even know how to repair the disposal. Instead, he told me the motor was shot and I need to replace the whole unit. I called up the manufacturer and followed their instructions (which are also on the website) and fixed it myself in 5 mins. Kenny only accepts cash which I paid because I thought he knew what he was talking about. I called him to dispute the payment. He just hung up on me. This guy did not know how to troubleshoot my common household garbage disposal. He is dishonest and completely rude once you expose him. STAY AWAY!

Ken is awesome! He came on time, determined the problem, went to the store and fixed my dryer in ONE day. Even though it was snowing, Ken kept his commitment. My dryer works like its brand new when Its over 10 years old! When anything breaks in house, I'm calling Ken.

Ken was excellent unfortunately machine could not be repaired. I was disappointed that I still had to pay a service fee.
