Ken s customer service is unsatisfactory!!! I have been waiting 2 weeks for the job to be completed. I was never given a written contract. My oven door was damaged by the service person. He mistakenly left a plastic handle hidden in the rear of my broiler. Now he does not take or return my calls!!

Ken came in to fix the over the range microwave, which was working intermittently. He worked on it, took a check for $100 and left saying it should be fine now. When I tried using it in the evening it still had the same problem. I called him and explained that the issue was still there. He said hed come back the next day in the morning. He didnt come in the morning, so I called him and left a message. He never called me back. I told him I was leaving the country, so we had to fix the problem before then. At this point I would like my $100 back.

I ended up having problems with two appliances. They came and quickly gave me the problems. He was able to fix the refrigerator that day! He needed to order a part for the stove. He was back the next day and fixed the stove! He knew what he was doing! Thanks for the quick response and covid compliance! I will use them in the future!!!

Very scary to do business with this guy I am in remodeling business. My own company for 35 years this guy met my manager at my rental property to look on washer machine problem He finds a nail "that what he said" take money CASH no pay taxes !!! And left i call him multiple times because the machine it wasn't worked properly again And the guy never return call . 35 in the business my self never happens something like that before which means Beware of this guy and never cash.

Ken came to my home promptly, diagnosed the problem with my stove within minutes, and ordered the parts. Early the next day he returned and within 15 minutes my stove was working again! He has a keen work ethic, friendly but knowing he is there to do a job. I saved his number and will definitely call him again if some other work might be needed. I highly recommend him.

Ken was awesome! He called me legitimately 10 seconds after I had searched on HomeAdvisor and told me he could come fix our leaking fridge within the next few hours. (During the holiday season!) We were unsure if we should buy a new fridge or if this one was salvageable (itâ s quite old). Ken repaired in right then and there and advised us to hold onto this one. Fridge seems to be doing great and we definitely saved a lot of money not having to pay for a new fridge! Kens rates were great and the fact that he could come same day was even better. We are new homeowners, so he even let me pick his brain on other appliance questions. He is definitely going in our â who do we call for xâ Rolodex.

He did not have experience to solve the problem. He promised to look into ordering a part but never called.

Ken provided me a quote, showed up within a few hours, made the repair and charged me exactly what he quoted. IMHO he is honest and reliable. Will use him again whenever an appliance breaks.

Left parts for me to put back together after replacing dishwasher motor. After replacing motor dishwasher was noisier and less effective than before repair. Had to call him a few times to triangulate exactly when he planned to show up. His tendency to wear mask below his nose did not inspire confidence that he really understands how things work.

He came in to repair refrigerator. Had to order part and came back sooner than he told us. He got the part from another distributor sooner. Unfortunately it was the compressor and we had to go through the mfr for the warranty as he did not do compressor work. He was quick and very neat. I referred him to a friend and she was also satisfied.

I had called ken, and he was able to come the very next morning. He knew what was wrong with the oven, and knew what part he needed for the repair. He had to order the part that was needed and came back and repaired the oven. I would recommend him to anyone that needed appliance repair.

Ken replaced an inverter that triggered the refrigerator's compressor to run, thus cooling the unit. He knew exactly what to do and was done in about 20 minutes. The fridge is now running great for the last three days, knock wood that the inverter holds up for ten years like the original. But the real story is that, I guess due to age and heat, one of the water lines for the ice maker had ruptured due to moving the unit for repair. Ken came back the next day, repaired the water line which took him about 30 minutes and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME!! I think that was really swell. Shows Ken values your business. Yes, I would call Ken again. Joe B.

Ken arrived right on time for the service call to repair my microwave oven. Such a pleasure to have in our home, very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to repair my appliance and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ken's Appliance Repair for all your appliance repair needs. I will not hesitate in the future to give him a call.

I called to repair my refrigerator, it was not cooling off. He told me he will charge $85 to walk in and diagnose the problem. I agreed. He came and within a few minutes, he told me the fan is not working so he has to change the whole fan panel. He quoted me $300 for part and labor including that $85. I agreed. He fixed it. It was working. After two days the same problem started. I called and explained it to him. He said he will come and look at it. After a few hours, I called and he said *I was there you did not open the door*. In fact, I am retired, and I was home the whole day waiting for him. I told him you can call me, you have my number. He said I will come. He did not come and he did not pick up my phone. I called and left messages but had no reply. He stopped taking my phone calls and did not show up. I waited for him for a few days. Then I called the manufacturer company, their technician came and I showed him the old fan. He told me nothing was wrong with the fan. He said Ken did not diagnose the right problem. The problem was the fuse and sensor which cost you $25 plus labor. He fixed it right away. It cost me another $225. I request everybody please do not go by their slogan on the pad it says CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR FIRST NAME. You can see from my experience what kind of work they do and what kind of customer service they have. I am thinking to take legal action against him.

Ken arrived when he said he would, and solved the problem with the refrigerator. Very personable, easy to get along with. I'd recommend him!

Dishonest/Unreliable I Had them come to my home for a repair. They gave me a 3 months guarantee parts and labor. 2 months later the job they worked on reassured, they showed up 3 days later which is fine around 1 pm. He Checked what needed to be done, then told me I will be right back. (Today) never saw him again not returning calls... Avoid at all cost *Warning*
