Called me back even before I had time to check the reviews. He told me to check the reviews and get him the model number of my dryer and he would call me back. Showed up on time, did the job and got me off to work in a timely manner.

I searched a repair site and typed my info in and with in secondes Ken called to ask question reagrding my concern and to schedule a time for him to come out and repair our dish washer. I have to say thats service, IMPRESSIVE. (all of this on a Sunday night).

Ken responded very quickly. We had an issue with our dryer and Ken arrived the same day. He was very professional and polite. Explained the fees upfront and went above and beyond the service that was needed. I will not only recommend him I will use him in the future.

Quick response and very short waiting time for my appointment. My dryer made unusual noise and snagged clothes. Ken fixed the noise, but the snagged clothes problem persisted. Ken returned at no cost and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Ken for appliance repair work.

Ken was recommended by Home Advisor. He returned my call immediately and was at my home as promised in the afternoon. It was two days before Christmas and he understood my urgency to have my oven repaired. He is a pleasant guy and he was a life saver. His price was not outrageous and was well worth it. The only reason I am rating the value for my money at 4 stars is because I have no idea how much it woulld have cost had I been able to get quotes from other companies. I would highly recommend him to everyone and would definitely call him again if needed.

He quoted me a charge of $65.00 to come out and look at the problem with my oven plus parts. After he looked at my oven he told me that the burner had to be replaced and it would cost $225.00 He left the old part, so I checked with Amazon and found that it was an igniter and not a burner and it could be purchases for $26.95. It took him less than five minutes to install and it was installed with two small screws and two wires that had to be installed and less than five minutes of labor. He collected $189. for this service.. When he left I made the mistake of giving him a good review

Ken called me back right away and he was at my home within 2 hours. He fixed my dryer without having to order any parts, so I was able to do laundry that next day after it broke. What a great experience!

The problem with our electric oven was discovered and repaired very quickly. Much appreciated.

Ken was quick in responding but his knowledge is lacking. I hired Ken to fix a front loading washing machine, which he was supposed to be a certified repairman. After the first visit I put in 2 loads of laundry and in the rinse cycle of the 2nd load it stopped working. Ken was called, he came back several days later. He was in and out very quickly, I really wasn't able to even ask what he did. I put a load of laundry in and it never made it thru the rinse cycle and stopped working. I have since called Ken requesting a refund of at least 1/2 of the $150 he charged, to date no response
