We were able to find a time that worked, even with the inclement weather. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to solve the problem with the refrigerator (known problem with GE refrigerators and their water dispensers.

He was very responsive and helped fix my problem in the oven the same day I reported it. I would use him again for other appliance issues!

Ken was able to move appointments around to get to my house when I was available to be there. He explained everything, had all the necessary parts to fix my dryer. The price was a little much but I would still use him again.

He came within 24 hours of the call (on a Saturday). He analyzed the problem and made recommendations. He was very professional and knew the product very well. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Ken responded immediately and scheduled an appointment with me. I was very pleased to receive same-day service. He was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Although he could have suggested a more expensive remedy, he gave me the less expensive option of repairing the washing machine pump. I was very satisfied with his service.

Ken quickly responded and diagnosed my washer problem. Unfortunately it would be too expensive to fix. So no repair was done. I was obligated to pay for service call that was reasonable.

Wrong diagnosis, he might be good tech but he did the wrong diagnistic on my refrigerator. within 2 minutes, he said compressor is fried and he don't fix compressors.Then I hired Sears Techservices, he found out freeon leakage and fixed it. Saved me $800.

He came to fix washer ,its in my basement he said go up I will give good news,he charges me $75 for 5 minutes service and ask $350 to fix it and he said I will call Tomorrow he never call ,becareful,find someone else
