He was very professional and fixed my mother's washer the same day he called. I just had it done yesterday, but after three loads of wash, the machine is working! yay!

My washing machine had an error that prevented me from using it, so Ken pressed the power button a few times to reset it , then charged me the starting fee of 87 bucks. The next day the machine did not work, it had the same error. When I called Ken , he hold me I had to replace the electrical board which cost over 500 dollars. I wish he would have told me that over the phone when i called to report the specific issue. Instead, I lost a day of work, 87 bucks for nothing and now I have to buy a new washer.

Wasnt able to fix the refrigerator door. Was going to follow up with broken replacement part - never called.

Ken called me right away and came the same day. He had the part with him and was able to replace my ice maker in a few minutes. I wish I had found him sooner. I would definately use him again.

Ken is an honest appliance repairman. He explained the problem with our Fisher & Paykel washing machine, gave us our repair options with their cost, and recommended buy a new machine. (It was over 10 years old.)

I hired Ken to repair my dishwasher, he came out told me what I needed, said it will be $450, I gave him $200 to order the part, Ken came back to install the part, after the part was installed he turned on the machine and I still had the same problem, Ken said he would contact Miele, I have not heard from Ken since, now I do not want him back

Ken responded quickly and came to my home within a few hours. He was friendly and professional and performed the work in a timely manner.

He came promptly and was reasonable. Unfortunately my dishwasher could not be fixed because of its age and the part was discontinued. He made every effort to find the part.
