Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning, LLC

I did need to telephone 2x, but evidently the owner was out of town during the time of my first call. After my 2nd call, II got a return call within a very short period of time. Spoke directly with the owner, who scheduled my apt at my convenience. Prior to the actual apt time, he telephoned to say he was enroute. Owner arrived on time. He was very courteous, made recommendations with clear explanations for them. He conscientiously did all the work, and made every effort to tidy up after the work. The carpeting looks great and old stains, grayness, and residue from a previous chemical dry treatment have been removed, along with the dirt. Four days later, as I am writing this review, I and very pleased with the condition of our carpeting.

He kept us abreast as to his arrival time which was a little delayed due to weather. He explained everything that he would be doing, Showed us pictures of the ducts before and after. Would definitely use him again!

WOW! Aaron was great! Customer service is A+!  My carpets have not looked or smelled so clean since the day I put them in! The whole house feels so much cleaner. I had a lot done - carpets in 4 bedrooms which my children believe me have really messed up..my husbands office where the dog just lays next to him....3 sofas - they look and feel brand new.....all my hall runners, area rugs - the place is shining! Great clean with great service!! And at a great price!! What more can I ask for? I definitely recommend this company. From the first phone conversation Aaron was polite, he explained everything, he priced everything fairly, he showed up on time, and was courteous and professional. He treated my home with respect and when he left you wouldn't know he was ever there - except for the fact that the carpets were a whole lot cleaner! Even my husband noticed the difference! Aaron was great.  Our carpet was very stained from years of use and it looks sooo much better.  I keep looking down at the floor in disbelief... what a difference this has made!  Highly recommended - thank you.

Aaron Wilson returned my call very quickly and when I told him that I wanted to try and have the ducts cleaned before the installation of our new HVAC system the following week, he was very accommodating. We set up an appt for the day prior to the installation. Aaron arrived on time and described the work to be done. We walked around the house together looking at the vents and counting the returns. The first 2 returns were included in the price and I had14! He explained his pricing up front so I new what the job would cost before he started. I did get a benefit for being an Angie's List member! He spent a couple of hours doing the work and kept me updated along the way. In the end I found Aaron to be courteous, friendly and professional! I would not hesitate to use him again and would certainly recommend him to others!

Aaron the owner was very courteous from the initial call. He was punctual, answered all my questions and did an outstanding job. My couches look beautiful. Each vent was cleaned and sanitized. I was very pleased with his work.

The experience was great and took about 45 minutes from start to finish. Aaron was punctual and called about 30 minutes before arriving. I really appreciate that he confirmed the appointment and mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem to reschedule if I wasn't comfortable with him coming in and out in the rain. He is a great service professional and I would recommend him to anyone. The dryer is so much more efficient now. Going to schedule an appointment to have him come back for carpet cleaning.

Aaaron was very polite and friendly. He showed up on time and even called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Aaron spent the time to thoroughly explain the process and cost before he started. He did it a very good job. A few stains could not be removed. But that would be expected since the carpets probably weren't cleaned by the previous owner for 20 years and we don't know those stains were. Overall, the carpets look a lot better.

I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Aaron.  He was extremely professional and courteous and took the time to explain the service he was providing.  Would definitely use him in the future.

We purchased a Big deal for Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning LLC. They stayed in contact with us. We had to reschedule and they followed up with emails. The gentleman was punctual, performed work in a timely manner. He is trustworthy, considerate, informative and very nice.

Mr. Wilson was very personable and professional.  He did the work himself and did a very good job.

My dog was sick... all over our rugs.  In a panic I found Wilson Carpet and called at 7:45 am.  Even though they don't open until 9 am, per their website, I received a call back within minutes.  It was the owner Aaron.  I can't  say enough about him.  He squeezed me into an already busy day, and even ended up coming sooner than originally anticipated which worked perfectly for my schedule.  I didn't think there was a chance that these black stains could ever be removed.  Not only did he remove them, but the carpet smells fresh and feels cleaner than it did before!  Aaron explained the process used, the chemicals used and charged a very fair price for the job.  I will definitely use his services again and plan to recommend him to friends and family.

i called at 8:30 am. he was going to be in the area and would see me at 11am. arrived at 11,explained  how it worked and began cleaning.finished in about a half-hour.  great job,great price!

He arrived on time and was pleasant and cheerful. There were many food stains on the carpet since it is one room used for multiple purposes. There were certain stains that were just not going to come out but most did. Put down scotch guard to hopefully avoid the stains in the future.

It went very well. Aaron gives great prices to Angie List users so don't forget to mention where you heard about him. The carpets were conditioned and cleaned. He was very efficient. We had a great experience!

Washed family room carpet, carpeting on steps and the carpeted landing for $65.00!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning!  If you want great service from someone who is neat, polite, punctual and highly-skilled, don't go anywhere else! 

Aaron was excellent from my initial call and appointment set up. He arranged his schedule to work with me. He was on time and professional. Before he even did the work he explained what he was going to do, what the results would be for each carpet. He was personable and it was excellent to do business with him. I would call him again.

I called Aaronon 4/30/2013 for a dryer vent cleaning service. He immediately mentioned $89 special deal (+$15 for having to go up to attic) for Angie's members and scheduled me for 5/9/2013 between 12 and 1 pm. The phone conversation was good. Courteous and professional.
On 5/9/2013, I got a call from Aaron around 12:15 pm and was advised that he will be at my place within 35 mins.  He arrived at 12:45 pm as promised. 
I knew the work itself shouldn't be a big deal since we clean our dryer every 2 year as mandated by the condo management.  He found a small hole in a pipe and fixed it.  Everything went well as expected.
I am satisfied his work and professionalism and will use his service in the future.

Aaron was very polite on the phone and explained his entire process, along with pricing, during the initial phone call. As far as cost, he was on par with other companies I had called but he was very personable over the phone and overall gave off a better vibe. We scheduled the service and he drove a little farther out of his normal service range to come to our house. He was running a bit late but I got a phone call well in advance that it would take him longer than expected to drive out to our location. Once he arrived we did a quick walk through of the house and then he got to work.
He used a brush and blower at each register to blow all of the dust and debris back down into the main lines in the basement and then sprayed a sanitizing spray down each duct to kill any mold or mildew spores that may have started growing. 
After cleaning all of the ducts he then went into the basement and opened up the air mains (the big square ones) and vacuumed out all of the dust/debris that he had just blown back into there and sanitized this as well.
For the dryer vent he also used a brush and vacuum to suck out the past 14 years of lint the previous owners had left. He went from both the dryer side and the vent side with the vacuum.
Overall he was in the house for approximately 2 hours (1500sqft home) and was incredibly polite and efficient.
I would be more than happy to recommend Aaron's services to others and if we ever decide to get our ducts cleaned again I would not hesitate to call him.
