Wilson Carpet was very professional, polite, and accommodating. When I first contacted Wilson Carpet, I left a message and Aaron Wilson (the owner) returned my call within a day. The pricing was very straightforward and they did not need to look at the rooms first. This was very helpful since this was being done at my mother?s house and she lives an hour drive away. The day before my appointment, I had to reschedule due to a snow storm and the distance to my mother?s house. Aaron could not have been more understanding and I really appreciated that. The carpets were cleaned today and Aaron did a great job. It was also done very quickly. The actual price charged was exactly as Aaron had quoted. It was so easy to work with Wilson Carpet. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I'm going to say it was within two weeks of purchasing the coupon. I actually had them do more than I had signed up for. I think that the person who owns the company is actually the person who came out and did the work. He responded to me in a very timely fashion and he showed up on time, exactly as promised and I'd say he was conscientious and did a good job. Everything that this person said he was going to do, he did. The morning of the service he said he would call me at a specific time just to confirm, he did that. Everything that he said he was going to do he actually did.

I thought it was okay for the first week. A week later I saw dust coming out of the vents. After I called him asking about the dust he said that my house was dusty. I asked for him to come back and do the job correctly and he said for me to pay his gas to drive down to my home and he will. I wasn't going to pay him for the gas so he never came back to complete the job.

Wilson Carpet did an excellent job. Showed up as scheduled, very knowledgable and friendly, did a great job.Will honor the sale price in the future, an extra bonus.

Did a great job eradicating pet smells. The job was much bigger than the "big deal", but they honored the pricing and gave us a great discount for the overall job. I would definitely have them come back.

I was concerned how quickly he completed the 4 areas to clean. It was far from a deep cleaning...it was a once over. I did not see any application of stain prevention either. The gentleman who did that work could not have been nicer. However I am reluctant to use any other offers from Angie's list. I do not have money to waste and I feel this was a waste of money.

Excellent service with special pet treatment for carpets

I found Wilson carpet and duct cleaning through an Angies List Big Deal. The price quoted was $149 for 1000 square feet of carpet. When Aaron, the owner, arrived during the time period he promised, I knew I was dealing with true professionalism. He was very nice to deal with, informative, courteous and professional. Before he started the work he did suggest that he clean the carpet on the stairs as well because they have a tendency to track a lot of dirt. For a minimal extra cost I agreed. Aaron proceeded to clean the carpets and even lifted some heavy objects and some furniture out of the way. He payed special attention to some stubborn stains which he was able to remove. I also believe he did more carpet than was expected. Now that's a company I would definitely use again!

Worked very hard and did a great job. Thought he'd have to cut and stretch and stitch back together but was able to just stretch the wall-to-wall living room rug due to enough material under a runner, which he did not charge extra for taking up and putting back down.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was good. I had to wait for a renovation to be completed and he was totally flexible because it had expired already. He was very flexible in allowing me to have the extra extension. He did a good job and everything was good. There was some spot cleaning that had to be done. The price was excellent. He was very polite, I was taken back.

In a word, awesome. We just bought this house and the carpets needed a top to bottom cleaning. I reached out to a number of companies on Angie's List and Aaron (the owner) was the first to respond. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He showed up right on time and got to work. The work was great and our carpets look much cleaner (it helps that the people before us were slobs - different story). He was also there while I had other people in the house doing work (painter, guy installing microwave) and was able to provide some advice on other areas. All in all, great guy, great service, great outcome. Highly recommend Aaron's company and will definitely use them from here on out.

He was great and did an excellent job! Aaron even gave us some pointers on how to keep the carpet clean on our own. He was very respectful of our home and very accommodating.

Aaron was a pleasure to work with. When scheduling to make the appointment, he explained the set price of the service and the approximate time he would show up. On the day of work, he called me well before to let me know he was running late and that he would be at the house about 45 minutes after the scheduled time frame. He called me again to confirm he would be arriving within 20 minutes of the extended time frame. Once he arrived, I showed him all of the supply and return vents. Before he started, he went over the services to be provided and the cost. Since this service was pre-purchased on Angie's List, I presented Aaron with the voucher which he accepted. He got to work and let me know of a few issues he noticed. He found a few rust spots from an old humidifier on the blower duct work and used Killz to kill any mold or bacteria just to be safe free of charge. He also sanitized the HVAC system, which was included in the deal. He also said he would take a look at the dryer vent to see if it needed to be cleaned, which it did. Aaron performed this additional service without an appointment at the time of the air duct cleaning. He was very professional and respectful throughout the entire time he was here and he's also dog-friendly! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Aaron started on a great note by being prompt for the set appointment time. I purchased the Angie's List special ($149 for Eco-Friendly Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing, Sanitizing, and Scotchgard 1,100sqft) and asked him to give me a on the spot (no pun intended) quote for my stairs (have 4 flights). His assessment of the job, including the stairs, was detailed and honest (he stated some deep stains may not be completely removed). I told him, because I am unemployed, that I couldn't pay for all the flights of steps but wanted 2 done. He said he wouldn't feel comfortable with not doing them all and that he would do the others for free, given my economic situation. I was/am very grateful for his kind gesture. My carpets look great and feel clean. I am impressed not only with his kindness and generosity, but the service that he has provided me and I highly recommend his services.

All went well. Aaron is a very friendly and professional person. He explained what he was going to do before he started the cleaning process . When all was completed we went through his work to make sure that I was very happy with his service. I will be reaching out to Aaron again to have my duct cleaned next.

The deal advertised on Angie's List was $89 for three rooms which is the price we got. We were moving into a new home and wanted the existing carpets cleaned and refreshed. The $89 included cleaning, deodorizing and stain protection. All non-toxic, child and pet friendly. As an afterthought I called and inquired about area rugs. Wilson's policy is to clean area rugs in the home, which is what we did. The cost for the 6' x 9' rug was $50. Well worth it. The carpets and rug came out beautifully. The entire job was completed in about 35-40 minutes. Aaron was cordial, efficient and knowledgeable. I would certainly hire this company again.

Aaron called to let me know he was on his way. I vacuumed the carpet just before he arrived. He looked at my carpet and told me there were some stains in the high traffic areas which may need pre treatment ($50 up charge) but he said if I was not 100% satisfied, he would cut it to $25. When he finished about 35 minutes later, I was completely satisfied. My carpet looks very clean. I am planning to have my ducts cleaned in the spring by this company as well

Did an excellent job in cleaning the dryer vent which goes out through the roof. Fixed the furnace dryer exhaust pipe. He was on time and cost only the quoted price.

I purchased a deal on Angie's list. I was extremely skeptical about pre-purchasing a discount because I had no idea what to expect. I am happy to say that I was extremely satisfied with the purchase. Aaron was the ultimate professional from the moment he contacted me until the job was complete. He was extremely responsive and contacted me within a few hours of purchasing the deal. When he arrived, Aaron went over in detail exactly what services I was entitled to with my purchase. He also went over additional services that he could provide. I just purchased a home so I decided to have the dryer vent cleaned while he was here. He also cleaned the carpet in my sun room. He added the anti microbial treatment to the carpet at no charge. I had the duct work in my previous house cleaned by one of those companies that advertise in the coupon mailer. What a mistake. This was a completely different experience, they lured me in with a cheap price and hit me with a ton of unexpected charges that added up to more than Aaron's bill without the dryer vent. Aaron went over every detail of the bill before he even unpacked his equipment. I wish that every service provider I choose is half as good as Aaron.

Aaron arrived on time, called 20 min. before to let me know he was on his way. Explained exactly what he was going to do and the dry time involved. He even did a hall runner for free because of location of the rug, right by front door. Very pleasant to work with and prices are reasonable. EXCELLENT!!!!
